ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց իր նախկին որոշումներից մեկում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագծին, որով սահմանվում է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության բարձրագույն, գլխավոր, ավագ, միջին և կրտսեր խմբերի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող փրկարար ծառայողների, ինչպես նաև նախարարության աշխատակազմի պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության աշխատակիցների համազգեստի ձևը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, քաղպաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումների փրկարար ծառայողների անվտանգության, արդյունավետության և ժամանակակից դարձնելու, բնակչության պաշտպանության գործողությունների ժամանակ հնարավոր կորուստների առավել նվազեցման նպատակով առաջարկվել է՝ սահմանամերձ համայնքներում տեղակայված հենակետերում հերթապահություն, բնակչության պաշտպանություն, կարևորագույն օբյեկտների պահպանություն, սակրավորային և պայթեցման աշխատանքներ իրականացնող քաղպաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմի համար սահմանել ամենօրյա քողարկող համազգեստ, թիկնոց-անձրևանոց, զրահաբաժկոն, ռազմական սաղավարտ և սակրավորի համազգեստ, փրկարարական, հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում ներգրավվող անձնակազմի համար սահմանել նոր, հրակայուն համազգեստ, ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (INSARAG) հայկական քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմի անդամների համար սահմանել INSARAG-ի չափանիշներին համապատասխան համազգեստ:
Առաջին անգամ ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատվել է դաշտային համազգեստի ձևը, ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (INSARAG) հայկական քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմի անդամների համար նախատեսված համազգեստը, ինչպես նաև որոշակի փոփոխություններով վերահաստատվել է փրկարար ծառայողների տոնական համազգեստը:
