Գեղարքունիքի մարզխորհրդի նիստում քննարկվեցին բերքահավաքի եւ սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման հետ կապված հարցեր

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում կայացավ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը վարեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի խորհրդի նախագահ, մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ նիստի աշխատանքներին մասնակցեցին ՀՀ տարածքայի կառավարման եւ զարգացման փոխնախարար Կարեն Իսախանյանը, մարզխորհրդի անդամները, մարզպետարանի ստորաբաժանումների, մարզի ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներ:

Տեղական բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման արդյունքների մասին զեկուցեց մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ֆինանսական եւ սոցիալ- տնտեսական զարգացման վարչության պետ Յուրա Մուշեղյանը: Նա նշեց, որ 2017 թվականի 7 ամիսների արդյունքներով մարզի համայնքային բյուջեների միջին կատարողականը կազմում է 88, տոկոս, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավել է 12,8 տոկոսով:

2017 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում կատարված վարչական հսկողության արդյունքների մասին զեկուցեց մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ալբերտ Աղեկյանը: Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում վարչական հսկողություն է իրականացվել մարզի Նորաշեն, Բերդկունք, Վանեւան, Տորֆավան, Գեղաքար, Վ. Գետաշեն, Մադինա, Նորաբակ, Լուսակունք, Այգուտ, Գեղամասար, Ախպրաձոր, Անտառամեջ եւ Նորատուս համայնքներում: Զեկուցողը նշեց, որ առաջարկվել է համայնքների ղեկավարներին՝ 15-օրյա ժամկետում մարզպետարանի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի կողմից արձանագրված թերությունները քննարկել ավագանու նիստերում եւ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել դրանց վերացման ուղղությամբ:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Համբարձում Համբարձումյանը զեկուցեց 2017 թվականի բերքահավաքի ընթացքի մասին: Նա նշեց, որ ընթացիկ տարում մարզում կարձանագրվի բերքատվության համեմատաբար ցածր արդյունք՝ պայմանավորված եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններով եւ տևական երաշտով:

«Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի շրջանակներում մարզում իրականացված աշխատանքների մասին զեկուցեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Արմեն Զոհրաբյանը: Նա նշեց, որ առաջին համապետական շաբաթօրյակի ընթացքում համայնքների կողմից փակվել են 88 աղբավայրեր եւ աղբատեղիներ, 2-րդ համապետական շաբաթօրյակի աշխատանքներին ներգրավվել են 7009 մարդ եւ 2012 միավոր տեխնիկա:

Ամփոփելով մարզխորհրդի նիստի աշխատանքները՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ հաջորդ նիստի ընթացքում այսօրվա նիստում նշված խնդիրները ամբողջությամբ կամ մեծ մասամբ կարգավորված կլինեն:
