Ստեփանակերտում ԼՂՀ նախագահը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահներին կներկայացնի սահմանային վիճակն ու վերջին խախտումները

Տարածաշրջան այցելության ժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կլինեն ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում եւ պաշտոնական հանդիպումներ կունենան Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի եւ ԱԳ նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանի հետ: ԼՂՀ նախագահի մÕ �մուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը չբացառեց, որ ոչ պաշտոնական ձեւաչափով կլինեն հանդիպումներ նաեւ այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ:
«Երբ նման հանդիպումներ են լինում, քննարկվում են մի շարք ուղղություններ: Նախ, կոնկրետ ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Առաջին հերթին, բնականաբար, ուշադրություն կդարձվի սահմանային խնդիրներին, շեշտը կդրվի խախտումների վրա եւ կքննարկվի, թե ինչ քայլեր կարելի է կատարել այդ խախտումները նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Բնականաբար, կքննարկվեն նաեւ ընդհանուր բանակցային գործընթացն ու տարածաշրջանային փոփոխությունները: Հաշվի առնելով, որ վերջին 2 տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից սահմանային խախտումները նոր դրսեւորումներ են ստացել, չի կարող շրջանցվել նաեւ սահմանÕ �ն տեղի ունեցող դեպքերի առնչությամբ անկախ հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման հարցի բարձրացումը»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը` հավելելով, որ համանախագահների հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտը միշտ ներկայացնում է բազմաթիվ առաջարկություններ, որոնք Բաքուն չի ընդունում եւ մերժում է:
«Մենք առաջարկեցինք դիպուկահարների հետ քաշում, բայց Բաքուն մշտապես մերժում է: Նաեւ առաջարկեցինք, որպեսզի տոն օրերին` տեղական, թե միջազգային, քաղաքական, եկեղեցական սահմանին հրադադարի ռեժիմը չխախտվի, բայց Բաքուն կրկին մերժեց: Այս անգամ, նույնպես, մենք մի շարք առաջարկություններ կանենք համանախագահներին, բայց կարծում եմ, որ համանախագահները պետք է հիմնական շեշտը դնեն ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա` նրան կառուցողական դաշտ բերելու համար»,- ասաց Բաբայանը:
ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը շեշտում է, որ այս առնչությամբ շատ կարեւոր կլինի նաեւ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումը: «Թեպետ յուրաքանչյուր հանդիպումից հետո Ալիեւը խոստանում է մի բան, կատարում հակառակն ու խախտում միջազգային օրենքը, այդ կերպ իմաստազրկելով նաեւ իր խոսքերը, սակայն, եթե առաջիկայում կայանա Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումը, դա կլինի կարեւոր եւ ազդեցիկ մեխանիզմ կլինի խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը ընդհանուր առմամբ պահպանելու համար»,- ասաց Բաբայանը:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման խնդրով զբաղվող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) և Պիեր Անդրիուն (Ֆրանսիա) հոկտեմբերի 26-ին կայցելեն Հայաստան:
«Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կայցելեն Հայաստան հոկտեմբերի 26-ին` հանդիպելու ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ»,- այս մասին «Թվիթեր»-ում արած գրառման մեջ հայտնել է ՀՀ ատաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը:
Հայտնի է նաև, որ համանախագահները Բաքվում կլինեն հոկտեմբերի 28-ին: Նրանք նպատակադրված են կազմակերպել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպում:
