Շինարարությունը եղել  և մնում է երկրի տնտեսության կարևոր և առանցքային ոլորտներից մեկը. օգոստոսի 11-ը Հայաստանում նշվում է, որպես շինարարի օր: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ կապակցությամբ Երևանում կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էր նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

 Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ գործադիրի ղեկավարը հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, սահմանելով շինարարի օրը, որպես մասնագիտական տոն, դարձրել է այն ավանդական։

«Յուրաքանչյուր տարի նշելով այս օրը՝ մենք փաստում ենք, որ շինարարությունը եղել  և մնում է երկրի տնտեսության կարևոր և առանցքային բնագավառներից։ Հայտնի է, որ եթե երկրում շինարարություն է իրականացվում, ակտիվանում են նաև մյուս ոլորտները։ Ցանկացած երկրի տնտեսության համար շինարարությունը մուլտիպլիկատիվ ազդեցություն ունի»,- նշեց վարչապետը։ 

Դիմելով շինարարներին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց, որ նախնիները բացառիկ ժառանգություն են թողել, որով պետք է հպարտանալ՝ պահպանելով և ներկայացնելով այն աշխարհին և սերունդներին։ Նա փաստեց՝ շատ ողջունելի է, որ հայ շինարարները զարգացնում են անցյալում մեր մեծ վարպետների մասնագիտական փորձառությունն ու ավանդույթները՝ կառուցելով գեղեցիկ և ամուր շենքեր՝ նորարարական և առաջադեմ տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ։ 

«Որքան էլ վիճակագրական տվյալները ցույց տան, թե շինարարության զարգացման առումով մենք այս պահին դժվարին փուլում ենք, մեկ բան ակնհայտ է՝ հայ շինարարը միշտ կառուցել է և պիտի կառուցի։ Պետք է ֆիքսել, որ այսօր մենք ջանքեր ենք գործադրում հանրապետությունում քաղաքաշինական ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման համար։ Արդեն մեկնարկել են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր մայրաքաղաքում և մարզերում։ Այդ առումով մեր ունեցած վիճակագրական տվյալները բավականին հետաքրքիր են և հուսադրող։ Վստահ ենք, որ  պատրաստ ենք լրացուցիչ նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել թե շինարարի, թե՛ տնտեսության զարգացման, և թե ներդրումների ապահովման համար»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի շինարարության ոլորտում ակտիվության հստակ միտումներ, ինչպես նաև շինարարության տեմպերի աճի առումով առկա է առաջընթաց։ Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ 2017 թվականի առաջին վեց ամսվա ընթացքում երկու ոլորտներում է հստակ առաջընթաց արձանագրվել՝ գյուղատնտեսության և շինարարության։ 

«Մենք վստահ ենք, որ հոկտեմբերին կմոտենանք այն թվին, որը լրացնելու է նախորդ տարվա տեմպերը»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը։  

Քաղաքաշինության ոլորտում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի համար և Շինարարի օրվա կապակցությամբ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ վարչապետի հուշամեդալով պարգևատրեց ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Գագիկ Մարտիրոսյանին, «Կամուրջշին» ՓԲԸ-ի խորհրդի նախագահ Վլադ Ասատրյանին, «Հայնախագիծ» ԲԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Գրիգոր Ազիզյանին, «Ռենշին» ՍՊԸ-ի համահիմնադիր Արայիկ Կարապետյանին, «Ռենշին» ՍՊԸ-ի համահիմնադիր Էդուարդ Մարությանին: ՀՀ վարչապետի շնորհակալագրով խրախուսվեցին՝ «Գապեքս» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Ռոբերտ Գաբրիելյանը, «Կարիտաս Իտալիանո» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Վարդգես Բաբայանը, «Երևաննախագիծ» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժնի վարիչ Հովհաննես Մեհրոնյանը, «Միկշին» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Ստեփան Խաչատուրյանը:
