Շահագործման հանձնված բնակելի շենքերի քանակն ավելացել է

Շահագործման հանձնված բնակելի շենքերի քանակը Հայաստանում 2017-ի առաջին եռամսյակում եղել է 143՝ ընդհանուր 34 հազ. 746 քառ. մետր տարածքով:  Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչվելով ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալները, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակի համեմատ շահագործման հանձնված բնակելի շենքերի քանակն ավելացել է 14-ով:

Շահագործման հանձնված շենքերից 2-ը կառուցվել են կազմակերպությունների, իսկ 141-ը բնակչության միջոցներով: Ամենաշատ մակերեսով բնակելի շենքեր կառուցվել են Երևանում՝ 20 հազ. 953 քառ. մետր, Կոտայքում՝ 5 հազ. 569 քառ. մետր և Արարատի մարզում՝ 4 հազ. 947 քառ. մետր: Ամենաքիչ մակերեսով բնակելի շենք կառուցվել է Վայոց ձորում՝ 65 քառ. մետր:

2016-ի նույն ժամանակի համեմատ ավելացել է հատկապես Կոտայքում և Տավուշում կառուցված բնակելի շենքերի մակերեսը: Կոտայքում 2016-ի 3 հազար 910-ի քառ. մետրի դիմաց 2017-ին կառուցվել է 5 հազ. 569 քառ.մետր մակերեսով բնակելի շենք, իսկ Տավուշում՝ 634 քառ. մետրի դիմաց՝ 1 հազար 440 քառ. մետր:

Հանրապետությունում իրականացված ընդհանուր շինարարության համար 2017-ի առաջին կիսամյակում հատկացվել է 111 մլրդ 705.4 մլն դրամի ֆինանսավորում, որից կազմակերպությունների միջոցով՝ 53 մլրդ 853.3 մլն դրամի, բնակչության միջոցներով ՝ 29 մլրդ 667.2 մլն դրամի, միջազգային վարկերով՝ 14 մլրդ 706.2 մլն դրամի, օտարերկրյա ներդրողների միջոցով՝ 9 մլրդ 498.2 մլն դրամի, պետության բյուջեով՝ 9 մլրդ 352.3 մլն դրամի:
