Գյուղատնտեսական զարգացման հիմնադրամը խորհրդատվության միջոցով բարձրացնելու է գյուղացիների աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը

Գյուղատնտեսական զարգացման հիմնադրամը  խորհրդատվության միջոցով  օգնելու է գյուղացիներին և ֆերմերներին՝ իրենց աշխատանքը ավելի արդյունավետ իրականացնելու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` օգոստոսի 10-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը:

«Խորհրդատվությունը հանդիսանում է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հենքերից մեկը: Մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ կրթական համապատասխան մակարդակ ունենալու պարագայում Հայաստանը կունենա զարգացած գյուղատնտեսություն, ուստի խորհրդատվությանը չափազանց մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու»,- ասաց Գևորգյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` խորհրդատվությունը իրականացվելու է 3 մեթոդով` խմբային, ծրագրային, անհատական:

«Խմբային խորհրդատվության ժամանակ խնդիրների գնահատում է կատարվելու գյուղացիների, գյուղատնտեսական ֆերմերների շրջանում, ներգրավվելու են տվյալ ոլորտում գիտնականները և փորձառու անձինք, և գյուղացուն առաջարկվելու են խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ»,- ասաց Գևորգյանը:

Ըստ Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի` ծրագրային մեթոդի դեպքում փորձ է արվելու  իրազեկել գյուղացիներին պետության կողմից առաջարկվող ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև այդ ծրագրերի մատուցումը:

«Հիմնադրամը ծրագրի սկզբից մինչև վերջ կանգնելու է գյուղացու կողքին: Այսինքն` գյուղացուն ամբողջովին իրազեկվելու է պետության կողմից ներկայացված ծրագիրը, ցույց է տրվելու այդ ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը»,- ասաց Գևորգյանը:

 3-րդ մեթոդը անհատական խորհրդատվություն է, որն, ըստ Գևորգյանի, ամենաբարդ դաշտն է, քանի որ 340-350 հազար գյուղացիական տնտեսություններ կան:

«Խորհրդատվություն է տրվելու դաշտավարությանը,այգեգործությանը, անասնապահության և այլ ոլորտներին վերբերվող հարցերով»,- եզրափակեց Գևորգյանը:
