Վայոց ձորում առաջին անգամ հրդեհաշիջման համար օգտագործվում են մոտակա ջրամբարի պաշարները

 Վայոց ձորում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են. ժամը 16:30-ի դրությամբ այրվում է 450-500 հա խոտածածկ և անտառածածկ (80 հա) տարածք: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, մարզում հրդեհի մարման աշխատանքների իրավիճակային կառավարումն իրականացնում է ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Դեպքի վայրում է նաև ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

Առաջին անգամ հրդեհաշիջման համար օգտագործվում են մոտակա ջրամբարի պաշարները և կրակի դեմ պայքարին օժանդակում է մասնավոր «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերությունը` տրամադրելով ծանր տեխնիկա (Կատերպիլեր B-9 և D-10 մակնիշի) և ջրատարներ, որոնք ջուր են մատակարարում հրշեջ մեքենաներին: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության հետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ՝ ընկերության փրկարար ջոկատը, որը վերապատրաստվել է նախարարության կողմից, նույնպես պատրաստ է անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, ներգրավվել հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում: 

Ժամը 14.00-ի դրությամբ՝ ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզում այրվող խոտածածկույթի և անտառների տարածքը կազմում էր մոտ 250 հա:

Օգոստոսի 10-ին, ժամը 18:50-ին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում անձը չպարզված քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզում՝ Արտավան գյուղում, այրվում է խոտածածկ տարածք: Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ: Տեղում պարզվել է, որ Մ-2 ավտոճանապարհի Վայք-Սարավան հատվածի 10-րդ կմ-ից դեպի Արտավան գյուղն ընկած տարածքում այրվում է խոտածածկույթ։

Ժամը 20:00-ին հրդեհի վայրից օգնություն են պահանջել: Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել 2 օպերատիվ խումբ՝ 7 հրշեջ-փրկարարով, և 3 մարտական հաշվարկ: Ժամը 22:30-ին դեպքի վայրից հայտնում են, որ այրվում է մոտ 30 հա խոտածածկույթ և 4,5 հա անտառածածկ տարածք։ Քամին նպաստում է հրդեհի տարածմանը: ՓԾ տնօրենի կարգադրությամբ՝ դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ևս 5 մարտական հաշվարկ:

Ժամը 00:50-ի դրությամբ դեպքի վայրում են գտնվել անտառտնտեսության՝ 40, բնապահպանության պետական տեսչության՝ 3, ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժնի՝ 35, Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի՝ 27, Ջերմուկի բաժնի՝ 11, մարզպետարանի՝ 20 աշխատակիցներ և Զառիթափ համայնքի բնակիչներ (մոտ 100 հոգի):

Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում ներգրավվում է նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ռազմաօդային ուժերի ուղղաթիռը և ոստիկանական ուժերը:

Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին օժանդակել է «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերության 2 ջրատար (ԿամԱԶ) և 1 տրակտոր։

Ժամը 06:25-ի դրությամբ՝ այրվում էր 230 հա խոտածածկ և անտառային տարածք:

Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների իրականացման համար օգտագործվում են դեպքի վայրից 3 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Հերհերի ջրամբարի ջրային պաշարները:

Դեպքի վայրում են ՓԾ տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանը, ՃԿԱԿ պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հ. Խանգելդյանը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության փոխնախարար Ա. Հարությունյանը, փոխմարզպետները, Վայքի ոստիկանապետ, գնդապետ Մ. Դավթյանը, հատուկ հրշեջ և 3 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների հրամանատարներ, «Հայանտառտնտեսություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Վայոց ձորի մասնաճյուղի տնօրենը, մարզպետարանի բնապահպանության պետական տեսչության մարզային տարածքային բաժնի պետը և Արտավանի գյուղապետը:

Օգոստոսի 11-ի, ժամը 09:30-ի դրությամբ՝ հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են՝ ներգրավված 5 մարտական հաշվարկ, 92 հրշեջ-փրկարար, ԶՈՒ 165 զինծառայող և ոստիկանության ներքին զորքերի 150 ծառայող և 73 աշխատակից:

Ժամը 10:25-ի դրությամբ այրվում է 14 էլեկտրասյուն, ինչի հետևանքով հոսանքազրկվել է Արտավան գյուղը:
