Ճիշտ կեցվածք ընդունելու դրական հատկանիշների մասին

Վերջերս Օկլնդի համալսարանի մի խումբ գիտնականներ պարզել են, որ դեպրեսիայով տառապող մարդկանց ինքնազգացողությունը բարձր պահելու համար բավական է պարզապես, որ նա ճիշտ դիրքով նստի: Կատարված ուսումնասիրություններին մասնակցել է ընկճախտով տառապող 61 կամավոր, որոնց խնդրել են հինգ րոպեանոց որևէ խոսք ասել, որը հետո պետք է հետագայում գնահատվեր: Ելույթից հետո կամավորներին խնդրել են 1022-ից մինչև 13-ը հետհաշվարկ անել. Այսպես նրանք մասնակիցների մոտ սթրես են առաջացրել:
Կատարված գիտափորձից առաջ գիտնականները մասնակիցներին բաժանել են երկու խմբի, որոնցից առաջին խմբի մասնակիցները պետք է հետևեին իրենց կեցվածքին և ուղիղ նստեին, իսկ երկրորդի մասնակիցները կարող էին նստել ցանկացած հարմար դիրքով:
Ստացված արդյունքները հաստատել են, որ ուղիղ նստած մարդիկ ավելի քիչ էին հոգնում և ավելի լավ աշխատում, քան առաջին խմբի անդամները: Նկատենք, որ առաջին խմբի անդամներն ավելի հազվադեպ էին օգտագործում այնպիսի դերանուններ, ինչպիսին են «ես»-ը կամ «ինձ»-ը, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ նրանք քիչ էին կենտրոնանում իրենց վրա:
Այսպիսով՝ կատարված գիտափորձից փորձագետները եկել են այն եզրահանգման, որ ճիշտ կեցվածքը կարող է բարձրացնել մարդու տրամադրությունը, սակայն գիտնականներին դեռ չի հաջողվել պարզել, թե որքան է պահպանվում այդ ազդեցությունը:
