ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար հարկավոր է քաղաքական կամք. Թևան Պողոսյան

Հայաստանն ու Եվրամիությունը համապատասխան դասեր քաղել են անցյալի սխալներից, և նոր իրավիճակում նոր համաձայնագրի կնքման ժամանակ մոտեցումներն ու հարցերն այլ կլինեն: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ՀՀ ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանը «Մեդիա կենտրոնում» կայացած քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց, որ եթե կողմերը քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերեն, ապա քաղաքական բաղադրիչը կարելի է միանգամից ներառել և ստորագրել, քանի որ Հայաստանն անգամ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելուց հետո էլ հաստատել է, որ պատրաստ է ստորագրել համաձայնագրի քաղաքական բաղադրիչը:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է տնտեսական բլոկին, ապա այդտեղ էլ է քաղաքական կամք պետք, քանի որ շատ հարցեր համաձայնեցված են նաև այս ոլորտում և մի շարք խնդիրներ համապատասխանեցնելուց հետո կարելի է ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը»,- ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը' հավելելով, որ կարիք չկա սպասել ԱԼԳ հաջորդ գագաթնաժողովին և առանց շքեղ ու ամպագոռգոռ արարողության ստորագրել այն:

Եվրոպական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արթուր Ղազինյանն ասաց, որ Լյուքսեմբուրգում ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր համաձայնագրի համար մանդատի տրամադրումը նոր մեկնարկ է, բայց հայտնի չէ, թե բանակցությունների ավարտին ինչ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակ կլինի:

«Քաղաքական բաղադրիչի առումով բանակցելու նոր բան չկա, կարելի է որոշակի շտկումներ մտցնել, ադապտացնել ներկա իրավիճակին և ստորագրել: Քաղաքական ոլորտում խնդիրներ չկան, սակայն տնտեսական առումով հնարավորությունները սահմանափակ են: Իրավական առումով սեփական տարիֆային քաղաքականություն չենք կարող սահմանել, քանի որ Հայաստանն արդեն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություն է, մոտարկման առումով էլ կասկածներ կան»,- ասաց Ղազինյանը' հավելելով, որ եթե Հայաստանը կարողանա «և-և»-ի քաղաքականության շարունակությունն ապահովել, ապա դա շատ լավ կլինի մեր երկրի համար:

Լյուքսեմբուրգում ԵՄ անդամ 28 երկրները մանդատ են տվել ՀՀ-ԵՄ իրավական-շրջանակային նոր համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար:
