Սննդաբանն ամռանը թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար խորհուրդ է տալիս մսամթերքը եփել երկար ժամանակ

Ամռանը շոգ եղանակով պայմանավորված սննդային թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հետևել որոշակի սննդակարգի: Պետք է խուսափել մայոնեզով պատրաստված աղցաններից, մսամթերքը եփել երկար ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև ուշադրություն դարձնել մթերքների պահպանման ժամկետներին, փաթեթավորման ամբողջականությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին կայացած ասուլիսում այս մասին ասաց սննդագետ Հասմիկ Եղիազարյանը:

«Ամառային եղանակը նպաստում է թունավորումների զարգացմանը: Հիմնականում թունավորումներ են գրանցվում տարբեր տեսակի սնկերից, մսամթերքից, չմշակված տարբեր տեսակի աղցաններից: 25-ից բարձր ջերմաստիճանը բարենպաստ պայմաններ է ստեղծում մթերքում այնպիսի մանրէների զարգացման համար,ինչպիսիք են ստրեպտոկոկերը, ստաֆիլոկոկերը: Մսամթերքը և կաթնամթերքը 10 աստիճանից բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում վնասվում են»,-ասաց սննդագետն ու հավելեց, որ  թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մսամթերքը երկար ժամանակ եփել՝ ոչնչացնելու մանրէները:

Հասմիկ Եղիազարյանի խոսքով՝թունավորման նշաններն են ընդհանուր թուլություն, գլխացավ, փորլուծություն, փսխում: Բոտուլիզմի ախտանիշ է երկտեսությունը, որի դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է շտապ օգնություն ցուցաբերել:

Սննդագետը շոգ եղանակին խորհուրդ չի տալիս ուտել շատ ճարպոտ մթերքներ,  նախընտրելի են բանջարեղենն ու մրգերը: «Սակայն մսից լիովին հրաժարվել ևս չի կարելի: Ցանկալի է օգտագործել թռչնամիս, ձկան միս: Աղցանների մեջ ավելացնել ձեթ, քանի որ այն պարունակում է վիտամիններ, որը բարձրացնում է օրգանիզմի դիմադրողականությունը: 25 աստիճանից բարձր ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում ցանկալի է կես ժամը մեկ խմել ջուր: Կոֆեին պարունակող սուրճը և գազավորված ըմպելիքները, ինչպես նաև ալկոհոլային խմիչքները առաջացնում են ջրազրկում, արագացնում սրտի աշխատանքը: Իսկ շոգ օրերին սիրտ-անոթային աշխատանքն արդեն իսկ գերծանրաբեռնված է» ,-ասաց Եղիազարյանն ու հավելեց, որ արյան 90 տոկոսը ջուր է պարունակում, և կարգավորելով ջրային բալանսը, կարգավորվում է նաև ճնշումը:

Սննդագետի խոսքով՝ թյուր կարծիք կա, թե պաղպաղակը կարող է զովացնել: Բոլոր պաղպաղակները պարունակում են պալմայի յուղ, որը կուտակվում է օրգանիզմում և օրգանիզմից դուրս է գալիս միայն մարմնի 40 աստիճան ջերմության պայմաններում: Իսկ ամռանը քանի որ մարդիկ սովորաբար չեն հիվանդանում՝ պահպանելով մարմնի 36.6 աստիճան ջերմությունը, պալմայի յուղը դժվար է դուրս գալիս օրգանիզմից: Եղիազարյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս ուտել տան պայմաններում պատրաստած պաղպաղակ:
