Մեռելոցներն ու Կարեն Կարապետյանը

Կիրակի՝ օգոստոսի 13-ին, Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու հինգ տաղավար տոներից մեկն է՝ Սուրբ Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնը, կամ Խաղողօրհնեքը։ Դրան հաջորդող մեռելոցը՝ երկուշաբթի, աշխատանքային օր է: Նախորդ Տաղավար տոնի՝ Վարդավառին հաջորդող մեռելոցը եւս Կարեն Կարապետյանը ոչ աշխատանքային օր չդարձրեց։ Ժամանակին, երբ վարչապետը Տիգրան Սարգսյանն էր, կառավարությունն առիթ-անառիթ մեռելոցները հռչակում էր ոչ աշխատանքային օր: Այս իմաստով Կարեն Կարապետյանը բավական վճռական և գործնական է տրամադրված:
Տիգրան Սարգսյանին հաջորդած Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ևս շատ մոտիվացված չէր մեռելոցները ոչ աշխատանքային հայտարարելու հարցում, բայց լինելով կոմպրոմիսային մենթալիտետի կրող, երբեմն հայտարարում էր աշխատանքային,երբեմն էլ ՝ ոչ: Կարեն Կարապետյանի հակամեռելոցային գործունեությունն այս իմաստով երկու կարևոր կողմ ունի:
Նախ, իսկապես շատ են ոչ աշխատանքային օրերը Հայաստանում: Տարբեր տոնակատարությունները, հիշատակի օրերն այնքան շատ են, որ տարվա մեջ գրեթե մեկ ամսվա չափով մենք ունենում ենք ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր: Մանավանդ Հայաստանում, որտեղ սովետական ավանդույթով կիսաաշխատանքային են նաև հետտոնական օրերը, աշխատանքային գործունեությունը վերածվում է խաղ ու պարի: Աշխատողը կաշխատի, չաշխատողն էլ գլուխ կպահի, անկախ կառավարության դիրքորոշումից: Բայց այն, որ կառավարությունը որոշել է պորտաբուծության դեմ հստակ կեցվածք որդեգրել, ողջունելի է:
Մյուս կարևոր հանգամանքը եկեղեցու ամբիցիաները զսպելն է: Հայաստանն աշխարհիկ պետություն է և տոներն ու հիշատակի օրերն էլ պիտի սահմանվեն պետականության կոնտեքստում: Եթե պետությունը տեղի տա և հատուկ օրեր դառնան նաև եկեղեցական ծիսակարգի օրերը, ապա կստացվի, որ պետությունից բացի եկեղեցին ևս կարգավորում է հանրային կյանքը: Առաքելական եկեղեցին հզոր կառույց է և նրա հետ հաշվի չնստել չի լինի, բայց պետությունը հաշվի նստելով պիտի հստակ սահման դնի պետության և եկեղեցու, աշխարհիկի և հոգևորի միջև: Այս իմաստով Կարապետյանի մենեջերական նկրտումներն ու աշխատանքի հանդեպ պեդանտ վերաբերմունքը ողջունելի են և օգտակար:
