«Իրանն իր սահմաններին կից պատերազմ չի հանդուրժի». քաղաքագետ

Այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը նկատեց, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում որոշ փորձագետների խոսքով, փորձում էին մեզ համոզել, որ Արցախ-Ադրբեջան պատերազմն անխուսափելի է:
«Սակայն պետք է հասկանալ, որ Իրանն իր սահմաններին կից պատերազմ չի հանդուրժի: Իրանը նաև վերահաստատել է, որ Պարսից ծոց եւ Սեւ ծով միջանցքը կապող ուղիներն ինքը ցանկանում է անցկացնել ՀՀ տարածքով»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով. «Իրանին երաշխիք է պետք, Իրանը երբեք միջանցք չի անցկացնի այն երկրով, որում կարող են նույնիսկ ապագայում նկատվել հակաիրանական տարրեր: Այժմ բանակցությունները փոխված են՝ Իրանը նաեւ մշակում է Վրաստանին: Իրանը պետք է ամբողջությամբ վերահսկի Պարսից ծոց–Սեւ ծով միջանցքը, դրա համար Իրանի նախագահը բանակցում է ոչ միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանի, այլեւ Վրաստանի իշխանությունների հետ»,- ընդգծեց Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը:
Քաղաքագետը հավելեց, որ Իրանը երբեք թույլ չի տա, որ իր սահմանների մոտ այլ զորքեր տեղակայվեն: Նա մատնացույց արեց, որ նույնիսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիան զորք չի տեղակայել:
Սակայն հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների դրական ֆոնին Շաքարյանցը նաև խնդիրներ է տեսնում: Վերջինս շեշտեց, որ դեռևս որոշ հարցեր հայ-իրանական օրակարգում կարգավորված չեն:
«Դեռևս դեկտեմբերին Իրանն ասել է, որ քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն, որ ՀՀ-ում իրանական բանկերն անխոչընդոտ աշխատեն, սակայն մինչ օրս որեւէ տեղաշարժ չկա: Խնդիրեր կան, որ պետք է կարգավորվեն»,- եզրափակեց Սերգեյ Սաքարյանցը:
