4. Ընդունեք սառը ցնցուղ

Որպեսզի հանգիստ քնեք, պետք է իջեցնել մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը։ Դրա համար ընդունեք սառը ցնցուղ։ Այս գործընթացի շնորհիվ դուք նաև կազատվեք օրվա ընթացքում առաջացած քրտնքից և մաշկի յուղոտվատությունից։

5. Խմեք սառը ըմպելիք, քնից մեկ ժամ առաջ

Ինչպես սառը ցնցուղը, զովացնող ըմպելիքները սառույցով օգնում են իջեցնել մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը։ Սակայն մի խմեք ալկոհոլ կամ ըմպելիք որը պարունակում է կոֆեին, քանի որ դրանք ձեր քունը խանգարում։

6. Քնեք առանց հագուստի
