Հետընթացի տեղ չկա՝ կամ մահ, կամ ազատություն. Վարդան Բոստանջյանը հույս ունի, որ հարկային մուտքերը կշարունակեն աճել

Այն, որ հարկային մուտքերն աճել են գերավճարների հաշվին, ողջունելի է: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետ, ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վարդան Բոստանջյանը:
Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում հավաքել է 549.6 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը 37.6 միլիարդ դրամով ավելի շատ է, քան անցած տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում էր:
Վարդան Բոստանջյանն ասաց, որ բազմաթիվ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների համար գերավճարների պատճառով դժվարություններ էին առաջանում՝ ֆինանսական միջոցների դեֆիցիտ:
«Որոշակի հնարավորություններ են բացվում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների, գործունեություն ծավալողների համար աշխուժություն ունենալ, ինչը ողջունելի է»,- ասաց տնտեսագետը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե կարծիքներ կան, որ գերավճարներով պետական բյուջե լցնելը հայաստանյան հարկային մարմինների արդեն ավանդական դարձած գործելաոճն է, Վարդան Բոստանջյանն ասաց, որ դժվար թե հավելյալ հարկերը պարտադրանքի միջոցով հավաքված լինեին:
«Ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, բայց մենք միշտ վատն ենք մտածում, չեմ կարծում, թե դա լավ բան է: Հասկանում եմ, որ շարունակաբար գոյություն ունեցող իրավիճակը հավատի պակաս է ստեղծել, ինչի հետևանքով մարդիկ լավ քայլերը չեն տեսնում, դրանց չեն հավատում: Ես հակված եմ մտածել, որ տվյալ պարագայում կառավարությունը դժվարությամբ, քայլեր կատարում է, որ դուրս գա երկիրը այս վատ վիճակից»,- ասաց Վարդան Բոստանջյանը:
Տնտեսագետի կանխատեսմամբ՝ այս տեմպը կշարունակվի, հետընթացի տեղ չկա՝ «կամ մահ, կամ ազատություն»: «Մեր ամբողջ տնտեսությունը տխուր վիճակում է և սրանից ներքև էլ հնարավոր չէր: Սա փոքր առաջընթաց է, որ բյուջեն լցվել է, բայց առաջընթաց է և հույս ունեմ, կարծում եմ, որ շարունակական կլինի»,- ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալներով, այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում պղնձի խտանյութի արդյունահանումը ավելացել է ընդամենը 6.9 տոկոսով, իսկ միջազգային շուկայում՝ նախորդ տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի համեմատ, պղնձի գներն աճել են շուրջ 20 տոկոսով: Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի թվերը ցույց են տալիս, որ այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում հայաստանյան ընկերությունները 13.5 միլիարդ դրամի գերավճար են կատարել:
