1․ Փողի պակաս

Ցավոք, այսօր տղամարդկանց կայացած լինելու մասին դատում են փողի առկայությամբ։ Այսինքն թանկարժեք մեքենա կամ մի քանի վարկային քարտեր ու անշարժ գույք ունենալու հնարավորությամբ։ Սակայն տղամարդկանցից քչերն են իրենց հարց տալիս՝ «Իսկ կյանքում ի՞նչ կարեւոր բանի վրա ես կծախսեմ փողը, երբ ունենամ»: Այդ հարցի պատասխանն այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ , իսկ երկար մտածելու դեպքում՝ կարող է ցնցող լինել։ Երբեմն տղամարդը մոռանում է, որ իրեն շրջապատող մարդիկ իրեն սիրում են ոչ միայն փողի համար։ Նրանք գնահատում են նրա բարությունը, հոգատարությունը, հումորը, յուրահատկությունը՝ այն ամենը, ինչով նա կարող է հարուստ լինել։ Տղամարդը պետք է հստակ իմանա իր առավելությունները ու այն, թե ինչի համար են իրեն սիրում։ Այդ դեպքում նա բարդույթներով չի տառապի այդ պահին գումար չունենալու կապակցությամբ։

2. Կնոջ կրունկի տակ հայտնվելու հավանականությունը

Կինը, ով բնածին ուժեղ ինտուիցիա ունի, իրոք կարող է օգնել խորհուրդով, լսել, հուշել ու աջակցել։ Բայց «տղամարդը չի լացում» «տղամարդը չպետք է արտահայտի իր զգացմունքները» ու դրա նման մյուս կարծրատիպերը անհնար են դարձնում շփումն ու աջակցությունը։ Խելացի տղամարդը կգտնի միջոց՝ իմանալ կնոջ խորհուրդը, իսկ հիմարը՝ կտառապի կնոջ կրկնի տակ հայտնվելու վախից։ Այդ վախից ազատվելու լավագույն միջոցը հասարակական կարծիքն անտեսելն է։ Տղամարդը պետք է պարզապես ընտրություն անի ու հասկանա՝ ինքն իր կյանքով է ապրում, թե հասարակության։

3. Թերագնահատված լինելը

Այս բարդույթի հիմքում դարձյալ տհասությունն ու մանկամտությունն է։ Այս բարդույթը շատ տարածված է, քանի որ տղամարդիկ գենետիկ մակարդակի վրա սովոր չեն ենթարկվել ղեկավարին։ Եթե տղամարդուն թերագնահատում են աշխատավայրում, ամենահեշտ լուծումն է փոխել աշխատանքն ու ղեկավարին։ Բայց հիմնականում տղամարդը աշխատանք փոխելու մտադրություն չի ունենում, համարելով իրեն չճանաչված հանճար ու խրվելով իր բարդույթների ու տառապանքների ճահճի մեջ։
