Երգչուհի Գայա Արզումանյանը նկատելի նիհարել է։ Նա կշռում էր 77 կգ, իսկ այժմ 53 կգ է։ Tert.am Life–ի հետ զրույցում երգչուհին ասաց, որ այս փուլն իր համար այդքան էլ հեշտ չէր։
«Երբ սկսեցի աշխատել պրոդյուսեր Արայիկ Գաբաբջայնի հետ, նրա խորհրդով որոշեցի հետևել կազմվածքիս և նիհարել։ Արտիստի կյանքն է այդպիսին։ Պետք է հետևես քեզ և միշտ ներկայանալի տեսք ունենաս։ Սկսել եմ կազմվածքիս հետևել 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերից։ Ինձ համար շատ դժվար էր, քանի որ բավականին երկար ժամանակ պահանջվեց ինձանից` նիհարելու համար։ Կտրուկ նիհարել եմ վերջին մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում։ 6–7 ամսում մոտ 8–9 կգ քաշ եմ կորցրել։ Այս շրջանում շատ ծանրաբեռնված եմ աշխատում. ձայնագրություններ, պարի դասեր, համերգներ և այլն»,– ասաց Գայան։
Երգչուհին նշեց, որ նիհարելու համար իրենից հատուկ ջանքեր իրենից չեն պահանջվել։ «Հատուկ ինչ–որ բաներ չեմ արել։ Պարզապես կանոնակարգված հաճախել եմ մարզասրահ ու դիետիկ ուտեստներ եմ կերել։ Երբեք սովամահ չեմ եղել։ Կերել եմ հնդկաձավար, հավի կրծքամիս, բանջարեղեններ առանց սոուսի»,– հավելեց Գայան։
