ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հրաման է ստորագրել՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի երկու քննիչի խրախուսելու մասին՝ ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն կատարելու համար:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով 2017 թ. փետրվարի 18-ին 2 անձ ներգրավվել էին որպես մեղադրյալներ՝ բնակարան մուտք գործելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գողություն անելու համար: Նույն օրը մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն էր ներկայացվել դատարան, որը մերժվել էր: 2017թ. մարտի 21-ին վերաքննիչ դատարանը բավարարել էր կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդությունը մերժելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոքը, և որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել կալանավորումը։ Նույն օրը մեղադրյալներից մեկը դիմել էր փախուստի, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, հանձնարարություն տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան մարմիններին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։ 2017 թ. հունիսի 8-ին հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերել են ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Ալեքսեյ Կարապետյանցը և քննիչ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը՝ Երևան քաղաքի Արմենակյան փողոցում տեսնելով նրան, և անմիջապես միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ հետախուզվողին քննչական բաժին տեղափոխելու ուղղությամբ:

Բացի այդ, 2017 թ. օգոստոսի 4-ին ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբան Ս.Սաֆարյանից դիմում է ստացվել առ այն, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Ալեքսեյ Կարապետյանցը, ընտանեկան բռնության գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում դրսևորելով պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ և ջանասիրություն, պարզել է գործի ճիշտ լուծման համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ պահպանելով քննության ողջամիտ ժամկետները և քննության լրիվությունն ու բազմակողմանիությունը: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ա. Հովսեփյանի հրամանով՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Ալեքսեյ Կարապետյանցը պարգևատրվել է «Լավագույն քննիչ» կրծքանշանով, իսկ քննիչ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին հայտարարվել է շնորհակալություն, նա նաև խրախուսվել է դրամական պարգևով՝ մեկ ամսվա աշխատավարձի չափով։
