Նախարարը Խոսրովի անտառում հրդեհի արագ տարածումը տեղանքի առանձնահատկությամբ է պայմանավորում

«Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցում հրդեհը բռնկվելուց հետո շատ արագ է տարածվել, անմիջական գործողություններն արդյունք չեն տվել՝ պայմանավորված թե´ տեղանքի, թե´ կլիմայական պայմանների առանձնահատկություններով: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այս մասին նշել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
« Lինելով պետական արգելոց, որտեղ օրենքի ուժով արգելված է որևէ գործողություն իրականացնելը , մասնավորապես խոտհունձը, հակահրդեհային բաժանարարների ապահովումը, ժամանակի ընթացքում այստեղ ձևավորվել է մի միջավայր, որը հրդեհի տեսանկյունից բարձր ռիսկային դաշտում է գտնվել: Թեև կանխարգելիչ բազմաթիվ գործողություններ են ձեռնարկվել, սակայն հրդեհից խուսափել չի հաջողվել, ինչի հետևանքով պետական արգելոցի տարածքում, ինչպես նաև համայնքային նշանակության տարածքներում հրդեհը բռնկվել և շատ արագ տարածվել է: Ներկայում այն ընդգրկում է արգելոցի էական մասը, որը բնապահպանական առումով համարվում է չափազանց մեծ վնաս:Այն վնաս է հասցրել թե´ բուսական աշխարհին` հարյուրամյա ծառերին, թե´ կենդանական աշխարհին: Տարածքի առանձնահատկությունը նաև այն է, որ պետարգելոցը գտնվում է էկոմիջանցքում: Եղած մարդկային, տեխնիկական հնարավորությունների սահմաններում բոլոր գործողությունները ձեռնարկվել են, սակայն տեղանքի առանձնահատկությամբ պայմանավորված՝ անհնարին է եղել կանգնեցնել հրդեհը: Կատարվում են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներ օդային տարածքից, որից հետո կհանգցվեն նաև մնացած հատվածները»,- ասել է Մինասյանը:
ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը դիմում է հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու համար կամավոր դեպքի վայր մեկնող քաղաքացիներին` «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոց ժամանել Ուրցաձորի տեղամասի առաջին պահաբաժնի ուղեկալից, որտեղ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության և ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակիցները կհամակարգեն կամավորների ուժերի բաշխումը հրդեհված տարածքների տարբեր հատվածներում:
ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի գլխավորությամբ նախարարության ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցները, հրդեհի վայրում գիշերային գործողությունից հետո օգոստոսի 15-ի լուսաբացից վերսկսել են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները: Հրդեհի դեմ պայքարին մասնակցում են ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարարներ, ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի զորամասի զինծառայողներ, ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցներ, կամավոր դեպքի վայր մեկնած բնապահպան ակտիվիստներ և քաղաքացիներ, Արարատի մարզի համայնքների բնակիչներ: Օգոստոսի 12-ից արգելոցում բռնկված հրդեհը մարելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են նոր թափով: «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի Խոսրովի տեղամասում հրդեհի դեմ պայքարում են ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության 150 աշխատակից: Աշխատանքներին մեծապես խոչընդոտում են բարդ ռելիեֆը և համապատասխան տեխնիկայի բացակայությունը: Օգոստոսի 15-ի առավոտյան աշխատանքներում ներգրավվել է նաև ՌԴ ԱԻՆ ինքնաթիռը:
