Ֆանտան գյուղում մեկ անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած պայթյունի փաստով քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Ֆանտան գյուղում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 15-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան,  ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ  Կոտայքի մարզի Ֆանտան գյուղի ճանապարհին ինչ -որ բան է պայթել, որի հետևանքով կա զոհ։

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը, կատարվել դեպքի վայրի զննություն։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ այսօր առավոտյան՝ 06.40-ի սահմաններում, Ֆանտան գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը, իր խոշոր եղջերավոր անասուններին արոտ ուղարկելու համար գյուղի կենտրոնական հատված տեղափոխելիս,  ճանապարհի նկատել է պաշտպանիչ թաղանթով փաթաթված, 10-15 սմ երկարությամբ, սպիտակ լարով իր, որը վերցրել է և շարունակել ճանապարհը: Նախկին բաղնիքի մոտ տղամարդը հանդիպել է իրենց խոշոր եղջերավոր անասուններին տեղափոխող, համագյուղացիներ Հրաչիկ Ալթունյանին և Գնել Աբրահամյանին, որոնց հետ զննել են հայտնաբերված առարկան: Չհասկանալով, թե հայտնաբերված իրն ինչ է՝ այն նետել են հողերի մեջ և շարունակել են ճանապարհը: Ըստ վկաների հայտնած տվյալների՝ Հրաչիկ Ալթունյանը վերադարձել է, գետնից վերցրել նետված  առարկան և շարունակել զննել, որի ժամանակ էլ պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել։ Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից Հրաչիկ Ալթունյանը մահացել է, իսկ նրանից 3 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող համագյուղացի Սիրեկան Գևորգյանը՝ դեմքի և որովայնի հատվածում ստացել մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Դեպքի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 236-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Որոշումներ են կայացվել՝ դատաբժշկական, դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատապայթյունատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն  նշանակելու մասին:
