ԿԲ խորհուրդը որոշել է անփոփոխ թողնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը՝ 6 տոկոս

 Կենտրոնական բանկի՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին կայացած նիստում ԿԲ խորհուրդը որոշել է անփոփոխ թողնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը՝ սահմանելով 6.0%: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, 2017 թ. երկրորդ եռամսյակի ավարտին 12-ամսյա գնաճը կազմել է 1.1%, որը 0.3 տոկոսային կետով գերազանցել է երկրորդ եռամսյակի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրով սպասվող մակարդակը: Իսկ հուլիսին արձանագրվել է 2.6% գնանկում՝ պայմանավորված գյուղմթերքների գների սեզոնային անկմամբ, որի  պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը փոքր-ինչ նվազել է՝ հուլիսի վերջի դրությամբ կազմելով 0.9%:

Արտաքին հատվածում պահպանվել են համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի բարելավման հեռանկարները, իսկ միջազգային ապրանքային շուկաներում գները դրսևորել են կայունացման միտումներ: Ելնելով դրանից՝ ԿԲ խորհուրդն առաջիկա ամիսներին արտաքին հատվածից էական գնաճային ազդեցություններ չի ակնկալում:

Խորհուրդն արձանագրում է, որ 2017 թ. երկրորդ եռամսյակի փաստացի արդյունքներով պահպանվել են տնտեսական բարձր ակտիվությունն ու ներքին պահանջարկի վերականգնման տեմպերը, ինչին, իրականացվող զսպողական հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության պայմաններում, շարունակում է նպաստել ընդլայնողական դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը:

Այս իրավիճակում ԿԲ խորհուրդը նպատակահարմար է գտնում անփոփոխ թողնել դրամավարկային պայմանները, ինչի արդյունքում գնաճն աստիճանաբար կավելանա. 2017 թվականի վերջում այն կձևավորվի տատանումների թույլատրելի միջակայքում, իսկ կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում կկայունանա նպատակային ցուցանիշի շուրջ: ԿԲ խորհուրդը գտնում է, որ, կանխատեսվող սցենարով մակրոտնտեսական զարգացումների պարագայում, դրամավարկային պայմանները որոշ ժամանակ կպահպանվեն խթանող:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, տնտեսական զարգացման հեռանկարներից և գնաճի վերականգնման հետագծից շեղման ռիսկերի դրսևորման պարագայում ԿԲ-ն համապատասխանորեն կճշգրտի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ուղղությունները՝ միջնաժամկետ հատվածում ապահովելով գնաճի նպատակի իրագործումը:
