Հայաստանն ու Չինաստանը կստորագրեն խաղաղ նպատակներով միջուկային էներգիայի անվտանգ օգտագործման համաձայնագիր

Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի կառավարությունների միջև նախատեսվում է ստորագրել խաղաղ նպատակներով միջուկային էներգիայի անվտանգ օգտագործման մասին համաձայնագիր: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայնագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության օգոստոսի 17-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Ըստ հիմնավորման, Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև առկա կապերի դիտարկման և հարաբերությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացման նպատակով հունիսի 7-ին ՀՀ Նախագահի մոտ կայացած խորհրդակցության արդյունքում հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարությանը՝ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել Չինաստանի հետ վերը նշված համաձայնագրի ստորագրման ուղղությամբ:
Ակնկալվում է, որ համաձայնագրի կնքումը հնարավորություն կտա երկու երկրներին համագործակցել ատոմային էներգիայի բնագավառում: Այն կծառայի ատոմային էներգիայի բացառապես խաղաղ նպատակներով օգտագործմանը ու չի օգտագործվի միջուկային զենքի և այլ միջուկային պայթուցիկ սարքերի ստեղծման կամ որևէ այլ ռազմավարական նպատակի հասնելու համար: Համագործակցության ընթացքում երկու երկրներն առաջնորդվելու են ՄԱԿ-ի 1968 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի «Միջուկային զենքը չտարածելու մասին» պայմանագրի սկզբունքներով և պարտավորվելու են չօգտագործել փոխանցվող սարքավորումները, նյութերը, երկակի նշանակության տեխնոլոգիաները կամ նրանցից վերարտադրված ցանկացած կրկնօրինակը միջուկային պայթուցիկ սարքավորումների հետ կապված ցանկացած գործունեությունում և չվերաարտահանել այդ առարկաները երրորդ երկրներ առանց մյուս կողմի գրավոր համաձայնության:
Համաձայնագրով կարգավորվում են ատոմային էներգիայի բնագավառում համագործակցության ընթացքում առևտրային կապերի և երկկողմ օգնության ծրագրերի շրջանակում իրականացվող ներմուծումների պայմանները, մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության և բաշխման, իրենց պետությունների տարածքով միջուկային նյութերի տարանցիկ տեղափոխումներին առնչվող հարցերը:
