Օրգանիզմին սպիտակուց մատակարարող թիվ մեկ մթերքը ձուն է։ Ընդ որում օգտակար նյութերը դրանից գրեթե ամբողջությամբ յուրացվում են։ Բացի այդ՝ սպիտակուցն էլ է արագ մարսվում։ Ըստ դիետելոգների՝ օգտակար նյութերն ավելի շատ են պահպանվում թույլ եփած ձվի մեջ։
Կաթնաթթվային մթերքներ
Կաթնաթթվային մթերքները կալցիումի ու սպիտակուցի հրաշալի աղբյուր են։ Եթե օրական մեկ անգամ դուք կաթնաթթվային մթերքներ օգտագործեք, ապա կբավարարեք սպիտակուցի հարցում օրգանիզմի օրական պահանջը։ Ի դեպ, ոչ յուղոտ կաթնաշոռի ու պանրի մեջ ավելի շատ են սպիտակուցները, քան յուղոտ մթերքներում։
Ձուկ ու ծովամթերք
Սննդակարգում միսը կարելի է հանգիստ փոխարինել ձկան մսով։ Ձուկն ու ծովամթերքը մարդու օրգանիզմին ապահովում են հեշտ յուրացվող սպիտակուցով։ Ընդ որում ձկան սպիտակուցը ոչնչով չի զիջում մսի սպիտակուցին։ Բացի այդ՝ վիտամին D-ի ու E-ի շնորհիվ ձուկը լավացնում է տեսողությունը, մաշկի, մազերի ու ատամների վիճակը։

Սպիտակուցների պաշարները կարելի է լրացնել նաեւ ընդեղենով։ Դիետոլոգների կարծիքով՝ ընդեղենը հրաշալի օգնում է պահպանել առողջությունն ու երիտասարդությունը։ Ավելի շատ որակյալ սպիտակուցներ են պարունակվում հունական ընկույզում, մի փոքր ավեի քիչ՝ նուշի մեջ։

Ձավարեղենը նույնպես հարուստ է պրոտեիններով ու կարող է փոխարինել մսին։ Վարսակը, բրինձը, եգիպտացորենը սպիտակուցի հրաշալի լրացուցիչ աղբյուր կարող են դառնալ։ Իսկ հնդկաձավարը ամենաշատ սպիտակուցն է պարունակում ձավարեղենի մյուս տեսակների համեմատ։ Այն հատկապես օգտակար է երեխաների ու հղիների համար։
