Օրգանիզմին սպիտակուց մատակարարող թիվ մեկ մթերքը ձուն է։ Ընդ որում օգտակար նյութերը դրանից գրեթե ամբողջությամբ յուրացվում են։ Բացի այդ՝ սպիտակուցն էլ է արագ մարսվում։ Ըստ դիետելոգների՝ օգտակար նյութերն ավելի շատ են պահպանվում թույլ եփած ձվի մեջ։

Կաթնաթթվային մթերքները կալցիումի ու սպիտակուցի հրաշալի աղբյուր են։ Եթե օրական մեկ անգամ դուք կաթնաթթվային մթերքներ օգտագործեք, ապա կբավարարեք սպիտակուցի հարցում օրգանիզմի օրական պահանջը։ Ի դեպ, ոչ յուղոտ կաթնաշոռի ու պանրի մեջ ավելի շատ են սպիտակուցները, քան յուղոտ մթերքներում։

Ձավարեղենը նույնպես հարուստ է պրոտեիններով ու կարող է փոխարինել մսին։ Վարսակը, բրինձը, եգիպտացորենը սպիտակուցի հրաշալի լրացուցիչ աղբյուր կարող են դառնալ։ Իսկ հնդկաձավարը ամենաշատ սպիտակուցն է պարունակում ձավարեղենի մյուս տեսակների համեմատ։ Այն հատկապես օգտակար է երեխաների ու հղիների համար։ 

Ինչպես տեսնում եք՝ միսն այլընտրանքներ ունի, կան բազմաթիվ մթերքներ, որոնցով կարելի է փոխարինել միսը։ Բայց կարեւոր է, որ սննդակարգը բազմազան ու վիտամիններով հարուստ լինի։
