Կոտայքի մարզում քաղաքացին արտերկիր մեկնելիս տան բանալիները վստահել է հարեւանին, վերջինս «սրբել է» տունը:
Shamsyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ, Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ` 64-ամյա Էմմա Մանուկյանը 1999 թվականին տան բանալիները վստահելով հարեւանին՝ մեկնել է արտերկիր: Տունը ապահովված է եղել ամեն ինչով՝ տեխնիկայով, գույքով, կենցաղային եւ մյուս բոլոր պարագաներով: Եղել են նաեւ տարբեր տեսակի թանկարժեք ոգելիչ խմիչքներ, անկողնային պարագաներ, շինարարական գործիքներ եւ այլն:
Էմմա Մանուկյանը պատմել է հետեւյալը. «1999 թվականի մարտի 5-ին բանալիները հանձնել եմ կողքի հարեւանին, որպեսզի տանը նայի, քանի որ հաճախակի վերեւից ջուր էր լցում, իսկ մենք մեկնել ենք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Դրանից հետո ամեն տարի եկել ենք մինչեւ 2007 թիվը, ակայն միչեւ այդ արտառոց ոչինչ չեմ նկատել: 2008-ին եւ 2009-ին չեմ եկել, իսկ 2010-ին էլ եկել եմ ու տեսել այդ ամենը, որ տունը տակն ու վրա են արել, փչացրել են վերանորոգումը, գույքը կոտրատել են, տեխնիկայի մի մասը տարել են, իսկ մյուս մասը չի աշխատում, գորգերը ճղել են: Մուտքի եւ ներսի դռներն ամբողջովին կոտրատված էին, փականները չեն աշխատում: Մի խոսքով, մի ահավոր տեսարանի ականատես եղա, որի հեղինակը հենց այդ հարեւաններն էին:
2008-ին անգամ այդ հարեւանների համար գումար ենք ուղարկել՝ 6500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ դրանից բացի, ամեն տարի ծանրոցներ ենք ուղարկել՝ սննդով հագուստով լի, երեւի դա էլ մեր լավության դիմաց արեցին: Երբ ես պահանջեցի, որ ինձ պատճառված վնասը փոխհատուցեն, նրանք պատասխանեցին, որ չփորձեմ այդ մասին ձայն հանել, քանի որ իրենք ամուր թիկունք ունեն եւ մեկ ա, ոչնչի չեմ հասնի: Սակայն, մեկ է, ես դիմեցի ոստիկանություն, տարբեր տեղեր դիմումներ ներկայացրեցի, սակայն մինչ օրս հարցը ոչ մի լուծում չի ստացել: Այդ մարդիկ ինձ պատճառել են 100.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի վնաս»:
