«Ինքս ինձ երես եմ տալիս». Մարտա Կիրակոսյանի նրբագեղության գաղտնիքն ու խորհուրդը՝ հայ կանանց

«Հմայքի գաղտնիքները» խորագրի մեր այսօրվա զրուցակիցը յուրահատուկ ոճով հայտնի երգչուհի Մարտա Կիրակոսյանն է: Ի՞նչ տրամադրությամբ է արթնանում առավոտյան, ինչպիսի՞ն է նրա սննդակարգն ու որքա՞ն հաճախականությամբ է սպորտով զբաղվում: Երգչուհին իր նրբակազմ լինելու գաղտնիքը բացահայտել է NEWS.am STYLE-ին:
«Առավոտյան արթնանում եմ շատ լուռ ու լուրջ :) Առաջին կես ժամը չեմ սիրում խոսել: Առաջնահերթ ցանկալի է (օրգանիզմս էլ է դա պահանջում) ջուր խմել: Գիտեմ, որ չի կարելի այն շատ սառը վիճակում խմել: Հետո արդեն նախաճաշում եմ: Կեսօրին հիմնականում ձավարեղեն եւ բանջարեղեն եմ ուտում, դրանից մեկ ժամ առաջ կամ հետո՝ մրգեր: Երեկոյան սնվում եմ սպիտակուցներով եւ որեւէ բանջարեղենային աղցան եմ ուտում»,-ասում է Մարտան՝ հավելելով, որ թեեւ ունի գիրանալու հակում, բայց շատ է սիրում քաղցրավենիք.
«Շատ եմ սիրում քաղցրավենիք եւ երեկոյան մրգեր ուտել, ինչը եւս գիրացնում է: Քնում եմ 24։00-ից հետո: Յուղոտ սնունդ չեմ սիրում, մնացած ամեն ինչ սիրում եմ: Առհասարակ, ամեն ինչ էլ կարելի ուտել, պարզապես կա ճիշտ ժամ եւ քանակ»:
Երգչուհին կարեւորում է նաեւ սպորտով զբաղվելը.
«Եթե զբաղված չեմ լինում, օրը մեջ հաճախում եմ ֆիթնեսի, հիմնականում հետեւում եմ իմ սննդակարգին եւ կարդում եմ, թե ինչն է օգտակար կամ վնասակար սպորտային ապրելակերպի դեպքում: Առհասարակ, ճիշտ սնունդն առաջնահերթ կարեւոր է մեր առողջության համար, հետո նոր տեսքի: Շատ եմ սիրում սպորտով զբաղվել, հետեւել կառուցվածքիս եւ սննդակարգիս: Ինձ ավելի լավ, թեթեւ ու առողջ եմ զգում այդպես: Սակայն լինում են ամիսներ եւ օրեր, որ հոգնում եմ ճիշտ սնվելուց եւ, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ, ինքս ինձ երես եմ տալիս :) Բացի այդ՝ եթե լինում են հատուկ առիթներ, ուտում եմ այն, ինչ տվյալ պահին ցանկանում եմ՝ անկախ ժամից»:
Գեղեցիկ զգալու եւ հմայիչ լինելու խորհուրդներով Մարտան կիսվեց նաեւ մեր ընթերցողների հետ.
«Ամենակարեւորը, երբ մի բան անում ես, պետք է անես ինքդ քեզ համար, հետո նոր՝ դիմացինի: Գեղեցիկ զգալու ամենակարեւոր պայմաններից մեկը, կարծում եմ, խնամված եւ մաքուր լինելն է: Պետք է հագնես այն, ինչը քեզ սազում է: Կցանկանայի, որ մեր հայ աղջիկներն ու կանայք, անկախ հազարավոր խնդիրներից, միշտ լինեն խնամված, հետեւեն իրենց տեսքին, ունենան բարձր ինքնագնահատական, սիրեն եւ լինեն սիրված, եւ երբեք չմտածեն, թե ուշ է ինչ-որ բան փոխելու համար»,-եզրափակեց երգչուհին:
