ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները բռնություն են գործադրել քաղաքացու նկատմամբ

Մի խումբ անձանց կողմից քաղաքացու առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ Սարգիս Ավագյանը, Սուրեն Ճանճապանյանը և Անդրանիկ Ղազարյանը մի շարք այլ անձանց հետ ծեծի են ենթարկել Արագածոտնի մարզի Օշական գյուղի բնակիչ Արարատ Մորիկյանին` դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից, նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցներով պարզվել է, որ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ մի քանի անգամ վիճաբանություններ են տեղի ունեցել Օշական գյուղի բնակիչ Արարատ Մորիկյանի, նրա ազգականների ու նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ` ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության ուղեկցող դասակի ոստիկան Սուրեն Ճանճապանյանի ազգականների միջև: Հիշյալ միջադեպերից հետո` 30.04.2017թ., կեսգիշերին, Սուրեն Ճանճապանյանը, Օշական գյուղի բնակիչներ ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայողներ Սարգիս Ավագյանը, Անդրանիկ Ղազարյանն ու մի շարք այլ անձինք հանդիպել են Արարատ Մորիկյանին և նրանից վրեժխնդիր լինելու համար ծեծի ենթարկել վերջինիս. ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները մահակներով ու ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել Արարատ Մորիկյանին` դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառելով վնաս` գանգուղեղային և մի շարք այլ վնասվածքների ձևով:
Այսպիսով, հիշյալ հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար Սարգիս Ավագյանին, Սուրեն Ճանճապանյանին և Անդրանիկ Ղազարյանին մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդվածով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
