ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկը  2017թ.-ի օգոստոսի 18-ին հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով սկսելու է տեղաբաշխել  5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով, տարեկան 5,5% եկամտաբերությամբ  արժեկտրոնային ոչ փաստաթղթային պարտատոմսեր 30 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով։ Մեկ պարտատոմսի
անվանական արժեքը կազմելու է 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար։

§Սա ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի կողմից պարտատոմսերի առաջին թողարկումն է, սակայն այսուհետ գործընթացը կկրի շարունակական բնույթ: Սրանով մենք նպատակ ունենք մեր լուման ևս ներդնել մեր երկրի կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացման գործում՝ մշտապես ունենալով ազատ շրջանառվող պարտատոմսեր: Մեր հաճախորդների համար բանկի պարտատոմսերը կլինեն խնայողությունների և ներդրումների այլընտրանք, իսկ տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում բանկի կողմից ներգրավվող ֆինանսական միջոցները կուղղվեն տնտեսության իրական հատվածի վարկավորմանը¦- նշել է ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի ֆինանսական գծով գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Ստյոպա Զաքինյանը։ 

Մեկ ներդրողը կարող է ձեռք բերել նվազագույնը՝ 5, իսկ առավելագույնը՝ 10,000 հատ պարտատոմս։ Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումն ավարտվելու է ոչ ուշ, քան 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի  18-ը։

«Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բանկի թողարկած անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և  երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամ»-ի կողմից: 

 Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման համար ներդրողները պետք է լրացնեն և ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ  բանկ ներկայացնեն պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման հայտերը։
