Երբ զարթուցիչի զանգից արթնանում ես և մի քանի անգամ այն 5-10 րոպեով ավելի ուշ ես լարում, դու քո առավոտը մղձավանջի վերածելուն ես վտանգում: Առաջին՝ դա արդեն քուն չէ, այլ լիակատար տառապանք: Երկրորդ՝ դու այն ժամանակն ես կրճատում, որը կարող էիր տրամադրել պատրաստվելուն: Արդյունքում՝ հագուստը հանգիստ ընտրելու և դիմահարդարումը կատարելու փոխարեն առավոտն անցկացնում ես աճապարանքի և քաոսի մեջ: Զարմանալի չի լինի, եթե ուշանաս կամ մոռանաս կարևոր իրերը վերցնել: Արթնանալը «հետաձգելու» ցանկությունը կարող է սթրեսի վերափոխվել: Եվ հաստատապես չի համապատասխանում առողջ կենսակերպի կանոններին: Քեզ դա՞ է պետք: Մտածիր՝ ավելի լավ չէ՞ զարթուցիչի առաջին զանգով արթնանալ, առավոտը հանգիստ անցկացնել, աշխատանքային վիճակին տրամադրվել և տանից լավ տրամադրությամբ դուրս գալ:
