«Այստեղ տղա կա՞» հարցադրմանը հաջորդել է դանակահարությունը. գործը դատարանում է

Դիլիջանի «Միմինո» սրճարանում 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 11-ին գրանցված միջադեպի գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ը տեղեկացավ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից: Գործն ուղարկվել է Բերդի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Զոյա Զաքինյանին:
Ռազմիկ Հախվերդյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016թ նոյեմբերի 11-ին Դիլիջանի «Միմինո» սրճարանում հասարակական կարգը կոպիտ կերպով խախտելու դիտավորությամբ հնչեցրել է «այստեղ տղա կա՞» հարցադրումը: Այնուհետև անհիմն վիճաբանել է արձագանքած անծանոթ այցելուների հետ 15 րոպե կոպիտ խախտել է հասարակական կարգը:
Բացի այդ Ռազմիկ Հախվերդյանի կողմից «Միմինո» սրճարանում խուլիգանություն կատարելու ժամանակ սրճարանի սեփականատիրոջ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի հանդարտման կոչերին չենթարկվելու պատճառով առաջացած տարաձայնությունները հարթելու նպատակով վերջիններս նույն օրը ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում մեկնել են Տավուշի մարզի Թեղուտ գյուղի սկզբնամաս, որտեղ Ռազմիկ Հախվերդյանը բարձրաձայն հայհոյանքներ տալով, խուլիգանական դրդումներով ապօրինաբար Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, իր մոտ եղած դանակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս՝ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող:
Ռազմիկ Հախվերդյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետի և 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
