Ամերիկացի գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրեցին ատամնաբույժների տեսությունը, որ իմաստության ատամները պետք է հեռացնել: Արդյունքը զարմանալի էր: Այս մասին կպատմենք ստորև:

Ատամնաբույժների մեծ մասը խորհուրդ է տալիս հեռացնել իմաստության ատամնրը՝ դա հիմնավորելով, որ այդ ատամները պետք չեն:

Ատամնաբույժների հայտարարությունը, որ իմաստության ատամներն առաջացնում են բոլոր տեսակի հիվանդությունները, սուտ են:

 

Հետազոտող բժիշկ Ուեսթոն Փրայսը պարզեց, որ ավանդական սննդակարգով որոշ ցեղեր լիովին ազատ են կարիեսից:

Երկարատև ուսումնասիրությունից հետո բժիշկը եզրակացրեց, որ անհրաժեշտ ատամնաբուժական առողջությունը սերտորեն կապված է սննդի հետ: Եթե զարգացման ընթացքում բավականաչափ սննդանյութեր եք օգտագործում, ատամներն առողջ կլինեն:

Բժիշկ Փրայսը նաև պարզեց, որ երբ ցեղերը սկսեցին շաքարավազ և սպիտակ ալյուր օգտագործել, նրանց բերանի խոռոչի առողջությունն արագորեն վատացավ:

Բժիշկ Ջեյ Ֆրիդմանի պնդմամբ՝ իմաստության ատամների երկու երրրոդը հեռացման կարիք չունի, հիվանդները կարգին վիճակում կլինեն, եթե պահպանեն այդ ատամները:

Օրինակ՝ ակուպունկտուրայի համաձայն՝ իմաստության ատամները կապված են բարակ աղիքի և հիպոֆիզի առջևի մասի հետ:

Ըստ փաստերի՝ շարժիչի և զգայական նյարդերի 46%-ը կապված է բերանի և դեմքի հետ: Ատամի հեռացումը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել, թեև դա բավական տարածված պրոցեդուրա է:

Իմաստության ատամների հեռացումը հղի է առողջության համար լուրջ ռիսկերով: Փաստ է, որ շատերը մշտական ծակոց կամ տհաճ զգացողություն են ունենում իմաստության ատամները հանելուց հետո, նշանակում է, որ ատամներն իսկապես կապված են մարմնի տարբեր մասերի հետ:
