Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահը կարծում է, որ թերակղզում այլևս պատերազմ չի լինի

Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահ Մուն Չժե Ինը պաշտոնավարման առաջին 100 օրվա կապակցությամբ ունեցած ելույթում հայտարարել է, որ «Կորեական թերակղզում այլևս երբեք պատերազմ չի լինի»:
«Ասում եմ ամենայն վստահությամբ, որ Կորեական թերակղզում այլևս երբեք պատերազմ չի լինի»,-հայտարարել է ղեկավարը՝ հավելելով, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է Սեուլի հետ քննարկել հյուսիսկորեական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման տարբերակները:
Ինչպես նշում է ria.ru-ն, Մունը նաև բացատրել է, որ Փհենյանի դեմ ռազմական ուժ կիրառելու մասին Վաշինգտոնի սպառնալիքները դեռևս չեն նշանակում, որ ԱՄՆ-ն միանգամից գործի է անցնելու: Մունն ընդգծել է, որ Հյուսիսային Կորեան «կարմիր գիծը» կհատի, եթե ստեղծի միջուկային մարտագլխիկ, ինչին Փհենյանն արդեն մոտ է:
Հարավկորեացի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ հարևան պետության հետ երկխոսությունը հնարավոր է միայն որոշակի նախապայմանների դեպքում: Նախագահը նաև նշել է, որ Սեուլը պատրաստ է հատուկ բանագնաց ուղարկել Հյուսիսային Կորեա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում իրավիճակը Կորեական թերակղզու շուրջ շարունակում է խիստ լարված մնալ: Միացյալ Նահանգները բազմից հայտարարել է, որ «Փհենյանի նկատմամբ ռազմավարական համբերության ժամանակաշրջանն արդեն ավարտված է» և որ միջուկային ծրագիրն ակտիվ զարգացնող Կորեայի դեմ, հնարավոր է, ռազմական ուժ կիրառվի: Մինչդեռ պաշտոնական Փհենյանը սպառնում է ջախջախիչ հարված հասցնել ԱՄՆ-ին:
Կորեայի կենտրոնական հեռագրային գործակալությունն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ Փհենյանն ուսումնասիրում է ցանկացած պահի գործողության միջին և մեծ շառավիղով «Հվասոն -12» հրթիռներով Գուամ կղզում Միացյալ Նահանգների ռազմաբազաներին հարվածելու վերաբերյալ ծրագիրը: Սրան ի պատասխան Թրամփն ասել էր, որ Գուամին հարվածելու դեպքում, ԱՄՆ-ն Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հետ այնպիսի բան կանի, որ նախկինում ոչ ոք չէր տեսել:
Այնուհանդերձ՝ վերջին մի քանի օրերին 2 պետությունների ղեկավարները նախընտրել են մի կողմ դնել ռազմաշունչ հայտարարությունները: Մասնավորապես՝ Կիմ Չեն Ընն ասել է, որ պատրաստ է միառժամանակ հետաձգել Գուամին հարվածելու որոշման իրականացումն ու տեսնել, թե ԱՄՆ-ն իրեն ինչպես կդրսևորի, իսկ Թրամփը հավանություն է տվել այս որոշմանը:
