Պատրաստման եղանակը՝

Թխվածքաբլիթը և ընկույզը միքսերով հարել։ Ավելացնել կարագ և շագանակագույն շաքարավազ։ Այն լցնել թավայի մեջ և դնել ջեռոցի մեջ 170ºC՝ 10 րոպե։ Կաթնաշոռի վրա ավելացնել  շաքարավազ, Մասկարպոնե պանիր, կես ճաշի գդալ ալյուր և ձու, լավ հարել, ապա ավելացնել թթվասեր և վանիլին։

Շոկոլադը հալեցնել։ Թթվասերով զանգվածը բաժանել երկու մասի և մեկի մեջ լցնել շոկոլադը։ Սկզբում լցնել սպիտակ զանգվածը, ապա շոկոլադե։ Դնել ջեռոցի մեջ։  Եփելուց հետո թողնել, որ սառի և դնել սառնարանում։ Այս զանգվածը դնել թխվածքաբլիթի զանգվածի վրա։ 

Բալի սիրոպի հետ խառնել շաքարավազը, ջուրը, այն դնել կրակի վրա և եռացնել 3-4 րոպե։ Չիզեյքի վրա լցնել սիրոպը։
