Շատ գեղեցկուհիներ գլուխ լվանալն ընդգրկում են սիրունանալու ամենօրյա ծիսակարգի մեջ։ Բայց մազաբույժները վստահեցնում են, որ նման սովորությունն ի վերջո հանգեցնելու է գլխի մազերի անուղղելի վնասի։ Բանն այն է, որ մազերը չունեն սեփական արյունատար մազանոթներ և միայն մաշկի գեղձերից արտազատվող հատուկ գեղծազատուկի հաշվին են սնվում։ Ամեն օր անընդմեջ այդ պաշտպանական շերտն օճառահեղուկով լվանալով՝ մազերը զրկում եք սնուցումից, հետևաբար դրանք դառնում են չոր, դյուրաբեկ ու ջրազրկված։ Գլխի չոր մաշկ ունեցող աղջիկները հաճախակի գլուխ լվանալով վաղ թե ուշ թեփոտ մազեր կունենան։

1. Աստիճանաբար մեծացրեք գլուխ լվանալու միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածը։ Յուղոտ մազերը հավաքեք կամ գլխաշորով ծածկեք (դա անհրաժեշտ է անել միայն սկզբում)։ Մի տրվեք չոր օճառահեղուկ օգտագործելու գայթակղությանը։
2. Փորձեք ավելի հազվադեպ դիպչել մազերին ու նորովի սանրվածքներ անել։
3. Որոշ ժամանակ հրաժարվեք գելերից, օճառափրփուրներից, լաքերից ու վարսահարդարման ուրիշ միջոցներից։
4. Գլուխը լվանալուց հետո փորձեք լավ ողողել օճառահեղուկն ու բալզամը։ Այլապես արդեն երկոյան կողմ մազերը դարձյալ կյուղոտվեն։
5. Մազերը միշտ երկու անգամ օճառեք։ Ընտրեք միայն ձեր մազերի տեսակին կատարելապես համապատասխանող շամպուն։ Բնական շամպունների մեր բաղադրատոմսերով կարող եք ինքներդ մազալվացման միջոցներ սարքել։
6. Մազերը լվացեք միայն փափուկ, պարզ ջրով՝ ավելացնելով մի քիչ սոդա։
7. Հետևեք ջրի ջերմաստիճանին։ Այն պիտի սառը լինի, քանի որ բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցությամբ ճարպագեղձերն ավելի ակտիվ են գործում։
8. Գլուխը լվանալուց հետո մազերը միշտ ողողեք երիցուկի, լվածաղկի կամ եղինջի եփուկով։
9. Հնարավոր է՝ մազերի արագ կեղտոտման պատճառը սխալ սնվելն է։ Խուսափեք գլխամաշկի ճարպի արտադրությունը խթանող մթերքից․ ճարպոտ ու տապակած ճաշատեսակներ, շաքար, հացաբուլկեղեն։
10. Մազերը ողողելու ևս մի բնական միջոց է կիտրոնաջուրը։ Մեկ կիտրոնի հյութը խառնեք կես լիտր սառը ջրին։ Եթե մեր խորհուրդները կատարելով մի ամսվա ընթացքում դրական փոփոխություն չնկատեցիք, անպայման բժշկի գնացեք։ Հնարավոր է՝ մազերի հաճախ կեղտոտման պատճառը գաղտնի հիվան
