Մաշկի ցանկացած թերություն կարելի է նվազեցնել այն խոնավեցնելով: Կարելի է սկսել յուրահատուկ առավոտյան լվացումից. չոր, կնճիռների առաջացման հակված մաշկը լվա տաք կաթով, յուղոտ և համակցված տիպի մաշկը՝ կեֆիրով:
Լվալուց հետո պետք չէ դեմքը ջրով ողողել, պարզապես մաշկդ անձեռոցիկով թրջիր:
Կաթնաթթվային և կաթնային մթերքները բաց գույն կհաղորդեն մաշկին, կազատեն բծերից, կհարթեցնեն մանր անհարթությունները:
Ներկայացնում ենք դեմքի տնային խոնավեցնող դիմակներ:
Եթե մաշկի վիճակը շատ վատ է, կօգնի մանանեխը՝ անփայլ գույնի, ցանկացած թերության դեպքում, մաշկի լիարժեք խոնավեցման և բջիջների նորացման համար:
Մանանեխի փոշին հարուստ է А, Д, Е, В խմբի վիտամիններով, որոնք դրականորեն են ազդում մաշկի վրա ցանկացած տարիքում և այն հրաշագեղ կդարձնեն:

- 2 թ/գ բուսական յուղ
- 1 թ/գ մանանեխի չոր փոշի

1. Խառնիր բոլոր բաղադրիչները, մինչև խիտ զանգված ստացվի: Դիմակը քսիր մաքուր դեմքիդ և պարանոցիդ:
2. 15 րոպե անց դիմակը լվա տաք ջրով:
Խնձորով, գազարով խոնավեցնող դիմակ
Այս դիմակը ոչ միայն մաշկը կխոնավեցնի, այլև կլավացնի դեմքի գույնը:

- Կես հում գազար
- Կես հում խնձոր
Կիրառումը՝
1. Մանր քերիչով անցկացրու մաքրված խնձորը և գազարը: Խառնիր, մինչև համասեռ շիլա դառնա, կարելի է բլենդերով խառնել:
2. Դիմակը քսիր 20 րոպեով, լվա տաք ջրով:
Կաթնաշոռով, կաթով խոնավեցնող դիմակ
Այս դիմակը շատ լավն է դեմքի մահացող մաշկի համար:
Ավելի լավ է յուղոտ, տնական կաթնաշոռ օգտագործել:
Եթե ալոեի հյութ չունես, այն կարող ես փոխարինել տաք ջրի և կիտրոնի հյութի լուծույթով:
