Ադրբեջանական դատարանը երկարաձգել է Գյոզալ Բայրամլիի ազատազրկման ժամկետը

Ադրբեջանի Նասիմիի շրջանի դատարանը բավարարել է ընդդիմադիր Ադրբեջանի Ժողովրդական ճակատ կուսակցության (ԱԺՃԿ) փոխնախագահ Գյոզալ Բայրամլիի ազատազրկման վերաբերյալ գլխավոր դատախազության պահանջը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Նասիմիի դատարանի վճռով Գյոզալ Բայրամլիի ազատազրկման ժամկետը երկարաձգվել է ևս 2 ամսով:
Նասիմիի շրջանի դատարանը 2 ամսով երկարաձգել է նաև առևանգման միջոցով Ադրբեջան տեղափոխված և ձերբակալված լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլիի ազատազրկման ժամկետը:
Աֆղան Մուխտարլին և Գոզալ Բայրամլին չեն ընդունում իրենց առաջադրված մեղադրանքները և դա համարում են ընդդիմադիրների դեմ ուղղված հերթական հարվածը:
Մայիսի 26-ին ադրբեջանա-վրացական սահմանին ձերբակալվել է «Ժողովրդական ճակատ» ընդդիմադիր կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, Ազգային խորհրդի համակարգող մարմնի անդամ Գյոզալ Բայրամլին:
Բայրամլին մեղադրվում է մաքսանենգության և չհայտարարագրված գումարներ տեղափոխելու մեջ:
Դատարանը Բայրամլիին դատապարտել է 3 ամսվա նախնական ազատազրկման:
ԱԺՃԿ ներկայացուցիչների պնդմամբ` Բայրամլին այդ հանցագործությունները չի կատարել, և նրա ձերբակալությունը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կամայականության արդյունք է:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն, անտեսելով ժողովրդավարության հաստատման վերաբերյալ միջազգային հանրության և կառույցների կոչերը, շարունակում են հետապնդել և ձերբակալությունների ու սպառնալիքների միջոցով լռեցնել այդ երկրում չնչին կենսունակություն ցուցաբերող այլախոհությունն ու ազատ խոսքի արտահայտումը:
Լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլին հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր նա ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: 2017 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին լրագրողն անհետացել էր Թբիլիսիում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրա ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա կապ էր հաստատել իր փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովի հետ՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ իրեն տեղափոխել են Բաքու: Լրագրողին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք՝ սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու կապակցությամբ: Մուխթարլիի փաստաբանը, որի ներկայացրած բողոքարկումը մ
Բացի այդ, Եվրախորհրդարանը դեռևս հունիսի 15-ին Վրաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ էր արել առավել մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել լրագրողի առևանգումը, իսկ Ադրբեջանին՝ ազատ արձակել ոչ միայն Աղֆան Մուխթարլիին, այլև մյուս բոլոր այն ազատազրկված անձանց, որոնք դատապարտված են իրենց կարծիքն արտահայտելու համար:
