ԱՄՆ Պետդեպը քննադատել է Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքի համար

 Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղարությունը հրապարակել է Թուրքիայում կրոնական ազատության վերաբերյալ 2016թ. զեկույցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի ոչ մահմեդական բնակչությունը հիմնականում կենտրոնացած է Ստամբուլում և երկրի այլ խոշոր քաղաքներում: Թուրքիայում բնակվում է 90 հազար քրիստոնյա հայ, որոնցից 90 հազարը Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներ են:

Զեկույցը քննադատում է Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու համար: Նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը շարունակում է չճանաչել Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքարանը և ուղղափառ քրիստոնյաների տիեզերական պատրիարքարանը` ընդգծելով, որ դրա համար իրավաբանական հիմքեր չկան: «Հայոց պատրիարքարանը և տիեզերական պատրիարքարանը շարունակում են ջանքերը իրավաբանական ճանաչման հասնելու համար»,- ասված է զեկույցում: 

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը սահմանափակում է երկրի ներսում հոգևորականներ պատրաստելու կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների հնարավորությունները: «Երկրում վանական ճեմարանների բացակայությունը նշանակում է, որ հունական ուղղափառ և Հայ առաքելական պատրիարքարանները ի վիճակի չեն հոգևորականներ պատրաստել»,- նշվում է զեկույցում:

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի զեկույցում նաև նշվում է, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերին և մարտին PKK-ի և կառավարական ուժերի միջև բախումների հետևանքով վնասվել են հայկական Սուրբ Կիրակոս եկեղեցին և հայ կաթոլիկ եկեղեցին:

Նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունն անցած տարվա ընթացքում չի վերադարձրել փոքրամասնությունների կրոնական հաստատություններից նախորդ տասնամյակների ընթացքում բռնագրաված ոչ մի սեփականություն: 2011թ. Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը տարբեր կրոնական հիմնադրամներից սեփականությունը վերադարձնելու 1560 հայտ է ստացել, նրանք ընդամենը 333 հայտ են բավարարել, իսկ մնացածը, սկսած 2011թ., չեն բավարարվել` պահանջվող չափանիշներին չհամապատասխանելու պատրվակով: «Հայ առաքելական Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսարանը երկրորդ հայտն է ներկայացրել Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարան` արագացված կերպով Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանը վերադարձնելու հայցը, որը խլվել է 1915թ. և այժմ վերահսկվում է Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների կողմից: Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժել է դիմումը, իսկ կաթողիկոսարանը դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան` իր սեփականությունը վերադարձնելու պահանջով»,- ասված է զեկույցում:
