ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը վարում էր հիմնադրամի խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նիստի օրակարգի հիմնական հարցը հիմնադրամի կողմից ներկայումս իրականացվող և առաջիկա ծրագրերի քննարկումն էր:

Նիստի սկզբում հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Զարուհի Մուրադյանը ներկայացրել է նոյեմբեր ամսին նախատեսվող Գինու կոնֆերանսի ծրագիրը: Համաժողովն արդյունավետ կերպով կնպաստի հայկական գինեգործական ավանդույթների և նրա մշակութային ժառանգության վերածննդին, հնագույն արժեքների պահպանմանը, տեխնոլոգիաների լայն տարածմանը, ինչպես նաև կխթանի գինու միջազգային ստանդարտների համապատասխանության հաստատումը Հայաստանում: Հիմնադրամն իր առջև խնդիր է դրել համաժողովի միջոցով հայկական գինեգործության և խաղողագործության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրել արժեքավոր և գործնական տեղեկատվություն ստանալու հարթակ, ինչը մեծապես կարող է նպաստել սեփական արտադրանքի որակի բարելավմանը և բիզնես հաջողությունների հասնելուն:

Այնուհետև ներկայացվել է «Հայաստանի տնկարկների կադաստրի» ստեղծման ծրագրի նախագիծը, որը հնարավորություն կտա գույքագրել հանրապետության խաղողի տնկարկները, առկա սորտերը, վերահսկելի դարձնել գինեգործական արտադրանքի որակը և կանխել հնարավոր կեղծարարությունները:

«Մեր նպատակն է ստեղծել էլեկտրոնային միասնական տեղեկատվական համակարգ, որտեղ կտեղադրվի մշտապես թարմացվող տեղեկատվություն խաղողի տնկարկների, բերքի մշակությամբ և մթերմամբ զբաղվող բոլոր շահառու կողմերի վերաբերյալ»,-նշել է Զարուհի Մուրադյանը` հավելելով, որ ծրագիրը կմեկնարկի այս տարվա սեպտեմբեր ամսին:

Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի առաջիկա նախաձեռնությունների թվում է նաև սույն թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամսին Եվրոպայից, ԱՄՆ-ից և Կանադայից միջազգային լրագրող-փորձագետների և բլոգերների այցի կազմակերպումը, ինչը կնպաստի արտերկրում Հայաստանի գինիների վերաբերյալ իրազեկության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը և արտասահմանյան շուկայում հայկական արտադրանքի հանդեպ հետաքրքրության աճին:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի գինեգործական ավանդույթներին տեղում ծանոթանալու նպատակով բլոգերների և լրագրող-փորձագետների համար կկազմակերպվեն այցելություններ տարբեր մարզերում տեղակայված խաղողի այգիներ, որտեղ նրանք հնարավորություն կունենան համտեսել տեղական գինիները:

Տեղեկացնելով, որ ընթացիկ տարվա աշնանը Շանհայում կայանալու է ProWine ցուցահանդեսը` Զարուհի Մուրադյանը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության ու Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամների համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ կոնյակ և գինի արտադրող 15 հայկական ընկերություններ առանձին տաղավարով կմասնակցեն այդ միջոցառմանը:

«Հիմնադրամը ծրագրեր է իրականացնում նաև արտահանման ծավալներն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ, և այդ առումով, կարծում ենք, հայկական գինեգործական ընկերությունների համար կարևոր կլինի մասնակցությունը միջազգային միջոցառումներին, այդ թվում` նաև Շանհայի ցուցահանդեսին»,-նշել է Զարուհի Մուրադյանը:

Հիմնադրամի առաջիկա նախաձեռնությունների թվում է նաև Հայաստանի գինեգործության վերաբերյալ իրազեկող տեսահոլովակի նկարահանումը, որում համառոտ կներկայացվեն ոլորտի զարգացման պատմությունն ու ժամանակակից զարգացումները, Հայաստանում գինու զբոսաշրջության հնարավորությունները:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են խաղողագործության և գինեգործության ոլորտին վերաբերող այլ հարցեր ևս:
