Յունիբանկի «Գարեգին Նժդեհ» մասնաճյուղն այսուհետ հաճախորդներին կսպասարկի նոր, առավել ընդարձակ և ժամանակակից չափանիշներով կառուցված գրասենյակում: Մասնաճյուղի նոր տարածքի հասցեն է ք.Երևան, Արշակունյաց պող., 34/3 շենք /«Երևան Մոլ» առևտրի և զվարճանքի համալիր/: Մասնաճյուղն աշխատելու է առանց հանգստյան օրերի և երկարացված ռեժիմով` հաճախորդներին սպասարկելով ժամը 10:00-ից մինչև 22:00-ն: Մանրածախ ուղղության զարգացման ռազմավարության շրջանակներում Յունիբանկը հետևողականորեն բարելավում է սպասարկման որակը և մասնաճյուղերի աշխատանքային ռեժիմը սահմանում հաճախորդների սպասումներին համապատասխան: Երկարացված աշխատանքային օրը և շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին ևս սպասարկում իրականացնելը հնարավորություն են տալիս հաճախորդներին այցելել բանկ և օգտվել որակյալ բանկային ծառայություններից իրենց համար առավել հարմար ժամերին:
Հաճախորդների սպասարկման գործընթացն էլ ավելի արագ կազմակերպելու նպատակով, «Գարեգին Նժդեհ» մասնաճյուղն աշխատելու է նաև «մեկ պատուհանի» սկզբունքով: Ավանդի, վարկի, բանկային քարտի ձևակերպումը, դրամական փոխանցման իրականացումը կամ կոմունալ վճարումը կարելի է կատարել` դիմելով բանկի ընդամենը մեկ աշխատակցի: Դրամարկղին կամ սպասարկող այլ մենեջերին լրացուցիչ մոտենալու կարիք այլևս չկա:
Յունիբանկը հաճախորդներին ընձեռում է նաև ինքնասպասարկման հնարավորություն: Մասնաճյուղում գործում է վճարային տերմինալ, որի միջոցով կարելի է կատարել բանկային հաշվի համալրում, վարկի մարում կամ կոմունալ վճարում: Տերմինալի պարզ և մատչելի շահագործման շնորհիվ վճարումը կատարվում է հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում:
Այսօր Յունիբանկը ներկայացված է գլխամասային գրասենյակով և 47 մասնաճյուղերով: Մոսկվայում գործում է բանկի ներկայացուցչությունը:
