Անհավանական է, բայց հավերժական երիտասարդության միջոցը կա գրեթե բոլոր տների սառնարաններում: Խոսքը կաթնային շիճուկի մասին է: Ներկայացնում ենք կաթնային շիճուկի օգտակար գործառույթները:
Շատերը թերագնահատում են այս հասարակ մթերքը և շատ իզուր, որովհետև նրանում պարունակվում են շատ օգտակար բաղադրատարրեր՝ կաթնաշաքար, սպիտակուցներ, A,C,E,B վիտամիններ, օգտակար թթուներ, մագնեզիում, կալցիում:
Օրգանիզմի մաքրումը կաթնային շիճուկի միջոցով օգնում է դուրս հանել նրանից տոքսինները և անօգտակար այլ նյութեր: Դա տեղի է ունենում կաթնաշաքարի միջոցով, որն ակտիվացնում է աղիքային համակարգի բարենպաստ միկրոֆլորան և բարելավում է մարսողությունը: Այդպիսի մաքրումը կդանդաղեցնի գազերի գոյացությունները և կխափանի մանրէների զարգացումը:

Կաթնային շիճուկի օգտակարությունը դեմքի մաշկի համար
Պետք է քիչ քանակությամբ սուրճի մրուրը խառնել կաթնային շիճուկի հետ 1:2 հարաբերությամբ և օգտագործել ստացված զանգվածը աստիճանաբար մերսող շարժումներով այն քսելով դեմքին՝ բացի աչքերի շրջակայքից: Թողնել դեմքի վրա 3 րոպե: Այնուհետև լվանալ տաք ջրով:
Մաշկի սնուցման համար պետք է խառնել շիճուկը կաթնաշոռի հետ 1:1 հարաբերությամբ և պահել 20 րոպե: Տաք ջրով լվանալուց հետո արդյունքը միանգամից նկատելի կլինի:
Մանր կնճիռներից ազատվելու համար պետք է սառեցնել շիճուկը փոքրիկ հատվածներով և ամեն օր շոշափել դրանցով մաշկը: Դա հիանալի պատրաստվածության կբերի մաշկը դիմահարդարում իրականացնելու համար:
Շիճուկը կարելի է ավելացնել բուժիչ կոկտեյլների մեջ խառնելով այն ելակի, կաթնաշոռի և շաքարի հետ: Կարելի է ժելե պատրաստել երեխաների համար: Շիճուկը հաճախ են օգտագործում մանկական մթերքների բաղադրության մեջ, քանի որ դրա պարունակությունը ամենամոտն է մայրական կաթին:
