ԵԱՏՄ հետ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար անհրաժեշտ է բոլոր անդամ-երկրների համաձայնությունը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար անհրաժեշտ է բոլոր անդամ-երկրների համաձայնությունը: ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից, «Արմենպրես»-ի խնդրանքով արձագանքելով Թուրքիայի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Նիհաթ Զայբեկչիի այն հայտարարությանը, որ Թուրքիան ցանկանում է համաձայնագիր կնքել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ, նշեցին. «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը հնարավոր է միայն անդամ բոլոր երկրների համաձայնության պարագայում»:

«ՌԻԱ նովոստի»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Իզմիրում միջազգային բազմոլորտ տոնավաճառի բացման արարողությանը թուրք նախարարը նշել է նաև, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ  մաքսային համաձայնագիր կնքելու առաջարկություն են ստացել, սակայն պետք է անեն ամեն ինչ, որ այն չհակասի Եվրամիության հետ իրենց ունեցած համապատասխան համաձայնագրին:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական ինտեգրման միջազգային կազմակերպություն է՝ օժտված միջազգային իրավասուբյեկտությամբ և հիմնադրված Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին պայմանագրով, որը ստորագրվել է 2014թ. մայիսի 29-ին Աստանայում: Պայմանագիրն ուժի մեջ է մտել 2015թ. հունվարի 1-ից: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ ԵԱՏՄ մասին պայմանագրին միանալու պայմանագիրը ստորագրվել է 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ին և ուժի մեջ մտել 2015թ. հունվարի 2-ին: ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-պետություններն են Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը և Ղրղզստանը:
