Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերի միջոցով նախորդ շաբաթ դիմել է 78 քաղաքացի

Յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ ամփոփվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերի ու էլեկտրոնային հասցեների միջոցով մեր համաքաղաքացիների կողմից ստացված նամակները:
Օգոստոսի 7-12-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերում և էլեկտրոնային հասցեներով ստացվել է 78 նամակ: Ընթացիկ շաբաթվա սկզբի տվյալներով դրանցից 67-ին տրվել էր համապատասխան լուծում, իսկ 11-ն ընթացքի մեջ էր:
Հարցերի մեծ մասը վերաբերել է կոմունալ բնագավառին, քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի գործունեությանը, ինչպիսիք են՝ «Թեժ գծի» հեռախոսահամարները, քաղաքացիների ընդունելությանը մասնակցելու, քաղաքապետարանին դիմում ներկայացնելու ձևաչափերը:
Օգտատերերը 30 հարց են հղել «Մաքուր Երևան» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող աշխատանքների կազմակերպման նպատակով: Ուրախ ենք, որ կարողանում ենք էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով ստացված դիմումների միջոցով նույնպես մեր համաքաղաքացիների բարձրացրած հարցերին օպերատիվ լուծում տալ և նպաստել խնդիրների արագ կարգավորմանը:
