Սիրողական որսի պայմանների խստացումը՝ ճաշից հետո մանանեխ

Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհից հետո որոշել է այսուհետ խստացնել սիրողական որսի սիրահարների իրավունքները: Այդ կապակցությամբ կազակերպել է քննարկում որսորդմիությունների ղեկավարների հետ:
 
Քննարկման արդյունքում համաձայնության են եկել համապատասխան փոփոխություն կատարել ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի՝ սիրողական որսի համար թույլատրելի չափաքանակների ու ժամկետների մասին հրամանում: Եվ հենց նման դեպքերում են ասում, որ ճաշից հետո մանանեխ մատուցելը ոչ մեկին էլ պետք չէ, քանի որ դրա մասին կարելի էր ավելի վաղ մտածել:
 
Հիմա, երբ անտառի մի զգալի հատված մոխրացած է, իշխանավորները նոր են որոշել մտածել անտառի պատմական ու նյութական արժեքը պահպանելու մասին:
 
Դա այն դեպքում, երբ անցած 25 տարիներին երկրի անկառավարելի կամ վայրի կառավաման պայմաններում, ով ասես կարողացել է զենք ձեռք բերելու և սիրողական որսով զբաղվելու իրավունք ստանալ ու անտառներում ինչ ասես որսալ:
 
Հիմա ինչ-որ մեկը կփորձի համոզել, որ Կարմիր գրքում գրանցված կենդանիներին սիրողական որսով զբաղվողները երբեք չեն որսացել, իսկ եղնիկի խորոված էլ ընդհանրապես չեն կերել: Բայց որևէ մեկը այդպես էլ չի խոստովանի, թե իրականում որ նախարարի օրոք է նման հանճարեղ որոշում կայացվել և թույլատրվել, որ այդ անտառ-արգելոցում ընդհանրապես որսով զբաղվեն ու համեմատվեն ասենք՝ Խոսրով թագավորի հետ:
 
Ավելի լավ կլինի, որ հիմա ոչ թե հրապարակեն, թե ինչ է պատրաստվում անել նախարարությունը անտառն ու կենդանիներին փրկելու համար, այլ տեղեկացնեն, թե ում թույլտվությամբ կամ թեթև ձեռքով են մարդիկ այդ վայրում որսով զբաղվում, ինչ կենդանիներ են որսում և այլն:
 
Հակառակ դեպքում նման մերկապարանոց հանդիպումներն ու քննարկումները, որոնք այս պահին ժամանակի ու տարածության տրամաբանությունից դուրս են, անիմաստ շոուի են նման: Լավ կլիներ, որ հրապարակվեր նաև, թե «Խոսրովի անտառում» ինչքան է մեկ որսի թույլտվություն ստանալու գումարը,  տարեկան այդ գումարից որքանն է մտնում պետբյուջե և որքանն է փոշիանում անտառի սեփական կարիքները հոգալու անվան տակ:
