ՀՀ կառավարությունն Արմեն Գալստյանի՝ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան գործուղման ժամկետը երկարաձգեց ևս մեկ տարով: Կառավարությունը հավանության արժանացրեց որոշման նախագիծը հոկտե մբերի 22-ի նիստի ժամանակ: Հարցը ՀՀ կառավարությունում ներկայացրեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
«2010թ. փետրվարի 18-19-ը Շվեյցարիայի Ինտերլակեն քաղաքում տեղի ունեցավ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի ապագային նվիրված բարձր մակարդակի համաժողով, որտեղ անդամ երկրները ընդունեցին` դատարանին հավելյալ կադրերի տրամադրման անհրաժեշտությունը` անդամ երկրների դեմ ուղղված դիմումների հսկայական քանակն ու ծանրաբեռնվածությունը նվազեցնելու նպատակով:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության հետաքննության և նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազ Արմեն Գալստյանը 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մեկ տարի ժամկետով գործուղվել էր Ստրասբուրգ: ԵԽ քարտուղարությունը համապատասխան գրությամբ դիմել է ՀՀ իշխանություններին` խնդրելով Ա. Գալստյանի գործուղման ժամկետը երկարաձգել ևս մեկ տարով, նույն պայմաններով»,- նշված է որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ:
