45 կիլոգրամով նիհարած 23-ամյա աղջիկը ներկայացնում է նիհարելու սեփական բանաձևը՝ առանց որևէ դիետաների

23-ամյա այս աղջիկը, ով կորցրել է 45 կիլոգրամ, խոստովանում է, որ ատում է նիհարեցնող դիետաները և ներկայացնում նիհարելու սեփական բանաձևը։
Մոտ երկու տարի առաջ էր, երբ Քլոե Լոնգսթաֆի եղբայրը նշանվեց։ Ամիսներ անց նրանց հարսանիքն էր լինելու, իսկ Քլոեն պետք է հարսնաքույրը լիներ։ Բայց երբ նա փորձեց իր զգեստը, հասկացավ, որ իսկապես չափից դուրս գեր է և այդ պատճառով չի կարողանում տեղավորվել ոչ մի զգեստի մեջ։
Հենց այդ օրն էլ նա որոշեց փոփոխության ենթարկել իրեն ու իր կյանքը։ Մինչ այդ Քլոեն ամբողջ օրը թխվածքաբլիթներ, շոկոլադ, չիփս և այլ ոչ այնքան օգտակար ուտելիքներ էր ուտում։ Նախկինում նա 107 կգ էր կշռում, իսկ հասակը 160 սմ էր։ Նա խոստովանել է, որ հիմնականում քաշ է հավաքել դեռահասության տարիներին, քանի որ այդ ժամանակ ինքնամոռաց ուտում էր ամեն բան՝ առանց վերահսկելու սեփական սննդակարգը։
Այժմ 23-ամյա Քլոեն կշռում է 62 կիլոգրամ, սակայն ընդունում է, որ այդ ամենն այնքան էլ հեշտ չի եղել։ «Անգամ վերջերս՝ նիհարելու վերջին փուլերին, պատահում էր, որ այսպես ասած ուտելու նոպաներ էին ունենում՝ ցանկանում էի անվերջ ուտել»,- իր բլոգում գրել է նա։ «Օրինակ՝ խախտում էի սննդակարգս ու պիցցա ուտում, երբեմն էլ սխտորով հացի ու ֆրիի հետ միասին։ Սակայն անմիջապես հետո էլ որևէ քաղցր բան ուտելու ցանկություն էր մոտս առաջանում»։
Սակայն Քլոե Լոնգսթաֆն ասում է, որ մոտավորապես 45 կիլոգրամ կորցրել է բնական եղանակով․ իր գաղտնիքն այն է, որ երբեք չի հետևել որևէ դիետայի։ Իր բլոգում նա նաև գրել է այն մասին, որ երբեք ո՛չ դիմել է վիրահատական եղանակով նիհարելուն, ո՛չ էլ «կախարդական» նիհարեցնող հաբեր է ընդունել։
«Ես նիհարել եմ միայն առողջ ապրելակերպ վարելու արդյունքում։ Դիետայի չեմ հետևել, այլ հետևել եմ բալանսավորված ապրելակերպին, որն իր մեջ ներառում է առողջ ուտելիք և շատ մարզումներ։ Հաշվում էի օրական սպառածս կալորիաների քանակը, որպեսզի համոզվեմ, որ չափը չեմ անցել, ապա գրանցում էի օրագրիս մեջ։ Կալորիաների պակասի շնորհիվ եմ նիհարել, այսինքն՝ այնպես էի անում, որ օրական ավելի շատ կալորիա այրեմ, քան սպառել եմ ուտելիքի միջոցով»,- պատմում է Քլոեն։
Քաշի 40%-ը կորցնելուց հետո Քլոեն ասում է, որ ամենակարևորը սեփական ուժերին հավատալն ու երբեք չհանձնվելն է։ «Հեշտ չէր, բայց ես արեցի դա։ Բազմաթիվ դժվար փորձությունների միջով եմ անցել, որոնց ընթացքում հուսահատվել եմ, լացել, ծիծաղել․․․»։
