Պետք է վաննան տաք ջրով լցնեք և ավելացնեք Epsom աղի հետևյալ քանակությունը՝
Մինչև 27 կգ քաշով երեխաների համար կես բաժակ Epsom աղ ավելացրեք:
27-45 կգ՝ 1 բաժակ աղ
45-68 կգ՝ 1,5 բաժակ աղ
67-90 կգ՝ 2 բաժակ աղ
Ամեն 20 կգ-ի համար պետք է կես բաժակ աղ ավելացնեք:
Հետո վաննա ընդունեք 40 րոպե:
Բոնուսային խորհուրդներ՝
Կարող եք կես բաժակ ձիթապտղի յուղ ավելացնել վաննային: Յուղը կլավացնի մաշկի առողջությունը:
Կարող եք նաև 1 ճ. գ.-ից մինչև կես բաժակ կոճապղպեղ կամ կայենյան պղպեղ ավելացնել վաննային: Դրանք կօգնեն հանել տոքսինները:
