«ԱՐԱՐ» ծրագիրը կօգնի Հայաստանի մարզերում զարգացնել հայ մշակույթն ու կանխել մասնագետների արտագաղթը

«ԱՐԱՐ» ծրագրի նպատակն է Հայաստանի մարզերում մշակութային ոլորտների պահպանումը, տարածումը և հանրահռչակումը: Այն նաև աշխատատեղեր կստեղծի տեղացի մասնագետների համար և կօգնի կանխել արտագաղթը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասացին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը և ծրագրի պատասխանատու Արսեն Գրիգորյանը:

«Այս ծրագրով ուզում ենք բոլոր գյուղերում ու քաղաքներում ստեղծել մշակութային միավորներ, վերականգնել մեր մշակութային կենտրոնները: Ուզում ենք երեխաներին հաղորդակից դարձնել մեր բազմադարյա մշակույթին, և այդ մշակույթով դառնալ ամուր, կուռ ժողովուրդ: «ԱՐԱՐ»-ի  մասնագետները մեր մշակութային կյանքը թարմացնող հերոսներն են լինելու»,-ասաց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանն ու հավելեց՝ վստահ է, որ ծրագիրը հաջողություն է ունենալու: Կարևորագույն ծրագրի սկիզբն ազդարարվում է Բերդավանից:

«Ծրագիրը ենթադրում է մշակույթի պահպանում, տարածում, զարգացում և հանրահռչակում տեղի մասնագետների ուժերով: Բերդավանում արդեն գտել ենք երկու մասնագետի՝ նկարչության և երգի, որոնք պատրաստելու են երեխաների  խումբ: ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունը պայմանագիր կկնքի մասնագետների հետ, և երեխաները կսովորեն անվճար»,-ասաց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի խորհրդական, ծրագրի պատասխանատու Արսեն Գրիգորյանն ու հավելեց, որ ծրագրի նպատակը միայն մշակույթի պահպանումը չէ, այլ նաև մասնագետների արտագաղթի կանխումը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կփորձեն Հայաստանի բոլոր համայնքները ներգրավել ծրագրի մեջ: Արդեն իսկ ներգրավված են Ուրցաձորը, Արզականը, Հացիկը, Դվինը և այլ համայնքներ:

«ԱՐԱՐ» ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ: Ծրագիրը կկենտրոնանա մի քանի ոլորտների վրա` ազգագրական երգ ու պար, կերպարվեստ, ասեղնագործություն, կարպետագործություն, դեկորատիվ-կիրառական արվեստ, խաչքարագործություն, գորգագործություն, ժանյակագործություն: Ծրագրի մեկնարկը տրվեց Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան համայնքից: Մեկնարկին կայացավ համերգ «Սասնա ծռեր» ազգագրական երգի-պարի խմբի, Արսեն Գրիգորյանի, ինչպես նաև տեղի ժողովրդական պարի խմբի մասնակցությամբ:
