Իսկ ո՞վ պետք է պաշտպանի ՀՀ քաղաքացու շահերը

Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Բիբինը` որը բնականաբար խորհրդային տարիների ռուսական կոռումպացված, հղփացած, մեծամիտ չինովնիկի տիպիկ օրինակ է, արհամարհեց և ինչպես սպասվում էր, չմասնակցեց ԱԺ-ում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման վերաբերյալ լսումներին:
Դե քանի որ Տիզբոնից ժամանած այդ չինովնիկը չէր մասնակցում լսումներին, ուստի մեր որոշ պատգամավորներ բարեհաջող հերոսացան և հանգիստ ու անարգել ինքնահաստատվեցին…Բայց ի վերջո ոչ մի բանի էլ չհանգեցին` շունը հաչի, քամին փչի…
Իսկ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանի առաջարկը խելամիտ էր, շատ հրատապ ու արդիական: Այո′, իրոք էներգետիկ համակարգը, և ոչ միայն, պետք է ենթարկել միջազգային հեղինակավոր, անկաշառ կազմակերպությունների աուդիտի: Այդպիսով հնարավոր կլինի էնեգետիկայի, գազի և այլ համանման ոլորտներում ճշտել իրավիճակը, կանխատեսել ապագան և կառավարման հնարավոր ուղիները, հնարավորինս բացառել չարաշահումները:
Եթե ՀԾԿՀ-ն հիմա չի էլ մերժում ՀԷՑ-ի հայտը, ապա ՀՀ կառավարության հետ համատեղ պետք է գոնե անպայման մտածեն և այսուհետ պրակտիկա դարձնեն միջազգային աուդիտը:
Իսկ դատախազությանը չդիմելու Ռ.Նազարյանի տրամաբանությունն այն է, որ սեփականատիրոջն են վնաս հասցրել ինքն էլ պետք է դիմի…Սեփականատերն էլ իհարկե չի դիմում, որովհետև չարաշահումները իրենն են, միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու, կարգավորելու ցանկություն էլ չունի: Ստացվում է, որ այդ սեփականատերը որոշել է իր այսպես կոչված <<վնասները>> բացառապես փոխհատուցել, վերականգնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հաշվին…
Քավության նոխազը` մատաղի պատրաստ ՀՀ քաղաքացին, կա ու կա…
Իսկ ո՞վ պետք է պաշտպանի ՀՀ քաղաքացու շահերը…Դատախազությունը, պետական մյուս մարմիններն այդ դեպքում ո՞ր օրվա համար են, և ընդհանրապես ու՞մ համար են…
Որպեսզի ընդդիմադիր ուժերը` կամ ավելի ճիշտ իշխանության ձգտողները չսկսեն շահարկել ու դիվիդենտներ շահել ստեղծված <<նպաստավոր>> իրավիճակից, իրենք` իշխանությունները, պետք է մտածեն այս ուղղությամբ ու շատ լուրջ մտածեն…
Այլապես գազը, հոսանքը, մյուսները իրենց սակագնային քաղաքականությամբ դառնում են մի փակ շրջան, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացին այդ շրջանի մեջ աննպատակ ու անհույս վազվզող սկյուռիկ…Իսկ այդ սկյուռիկը մի օր կհոգնի, կկատաղի ու կսկսի կռծել շուրջ բոլոր եղածը…
