Տավուշում պայմանագրային զինծառայողին սպանելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղի բնակչին

ՀՀ քնչչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են 32-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Տավուշի մարզի 37-ամյա բնակչին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2017թ. օգոստոսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 15.10-ին, ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղին պատկանող «Չնգի» կոչվող հանդամասում այրված ավտոմեքենա կա:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր-Պառավաքար ճանապարհի 4-րդ կմ-ին՝ ճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասից դեպի ձախ, հայտնաբերել էր ձորը գլորված «ՎԱԶ-2106» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ ամբողջովին այրված, որի մեջ՝ մոխրացած դիակ:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել էր դիակի ինքնությունը, ով Տավուշի մարզի Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղի բնակիչ Վարդան Գրիգորյանն է, պայմանագրային զինծառայող՝ ծնված 1985թ.:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է սպանության շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով նույնպես Տավուշի մարզի Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1980 թ:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համաձայն՝ Տավուշի մարզի 37-ամյա բնակիչը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, մասնավոր կյանքին վերաբերող հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է համագյուղացի Վ.Գրիգորյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ բռունցքներով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս գլխի շրջանին, ապա՝ նրան անգիտակից վիճակում դրել «Վազ 21063» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ և, ցանկանալով վթարի նմանակում ստեղծել, ավտոմեքենան գլորել է ձորը ու այրել:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 37-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
