Եղունգներիս սոդա քսեցի և տրորեցի, մի քանի րոպեից անհավատալին տեղի ունեցավ․ էժան և արդյունավետ

Սոդան հայտնի է իր օգտակար շատ հատկություններով: Առաջարկում ենք ծանոթանալ, թե ինչպես կարելի է առավելագույնս օգտվել այս մատչելի նյութից:

 1. Մկանային ցավի մեղմացում

Սոդայի միջոցով կարելի է մեղմել մկանային ցավերը: Մեկ բաժակ ջրում լուծել 1/3 թեյի գդալ սոդան և խմել: Մի քանի ժամ անց ցավը կմեղմանա: Սոդան հիմնային միջավայր է ապահովում արյան մեջ և վերացնում է բորոբոքումները: Սոդայաջուրը նաև վերացնում է երակների խցանումը:

2. Սնկային հիվանդությունների բուժում

Ոտնաթաթերի սնկային հիվանդությունը բուժելու համար պետք է այդ հատվածները ամեն օր տրորել սոդայով: Գործողությունը կարելի է անել խոզանակի օգնությամբ: Ուշադրություն պետք է դարձնել հատկապես եղունգներին: Մեկ շաբաթ անց դրանք արդեն կամրանան, և հիվանդությունը կանհետանա:

3. Վերացնում է այտուցները և տհաճ հոտը

3 ճաշի գդալ սոդան, 1 թեյի գդալ աղը և անանուխի եթերայուղը խառնել և լուծել գոլ ջրում: 20 րոպե ոտքերի լոգանք ընդունել:

Սոդան կվերացնի նաև կոշիկների միջի տհաճ հոտը: Դրա համար ընդամենը պետք է գիշերը սոդա շաղ տալ կոշիկների մեջ, իսկ առավոտյան թափ տալ դրանք:

4. Բերանի տհաճ հոտի վերացում

Ամեն օր բերանի խոռոչը ողողեք սոդայաջրով. բերանի տհաճ հոտը կվերանա, և շնչառությունը կթարմանա: Սոդան նաև լնդերը բուժելու հրաշալի միջոց է, վերացնում է ցանկացած վնասակար մանրէներ:

Կոկորդի բորբոքման առաջին նշանների դեպքում ևս անհրաժեշտ է սոդայով ողողումներ անել:

5. Սպիտակեցնում է ատամները

Ջրով և սոդայով շիլան խոզանակով քսեք ատամներին և ողողեք բերանը:

6. Մաքրում և հարթեցնում է մաշկը

Սոդան կարելի է օգտագործել որպես սկրաբ դեմքի մաշկի համար: Սոդայաջրի շիլան քսել դեմքին և լավ տրորել, այնուհետև լվանալ դեմքը: Նույն կերպ կարելի է մաքրել նաև մարմնի ցանկացած հատվածը: Այն օգնում է նաև վնասված մաշկը արագ վերականգնվելուն:

7. Օգնում է նիհարելուն

Քնելուց երկու ժամ առաջ խմեք մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր՝ կես թեյի գդալ սոդայով: Դրանից հետո ոչինչ պետք չէ ուտել: Մեկ շաբաթ անց նկատելի կլինեն փոփոխությունները: Մարսողությունը կբարելավվի, և մարմնի քաշը կսկսի նվազել բնական ճանապարհով:

Սոդայով բաղադրատոմսերը խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտագործել հղիներին և 5 տարեկանից ցածր երեխաներին:
