Հայաստան-Սփյուռք 6-րդ համաժողովին ընդառաջ ընթանում են Համահայկական խորհրդի մասին քննարկումներ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ով ի տարբերություն յուր նախորդի այդքան էլ հարթ հարաբերություններ չի ունեցել սփյուռքի հետ, որոշել է վարչապետության նոր շրջափուլից առաջ հարթել այդ հարաբերությունները: Ինչու՞ հենց հիմա: 

Նախ, անցյալ տարվա հուլիսի դեպքերը և դրա արձագանքները ցույց տվեցին, որ ոչ միայն Հայաստանում այլև Սփյուռքում ծռերը բավական շատ մարդկանց կողմից համարվում են իրապես հերոսներ ու նրանց ակտը մեծ համակրանք է վայելում: Այս տարի, երբ Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը, մինչ այդ էլ ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ Արմեն Ռոստամյանն էին այցելել ԱՄՆ ՝ հայկական սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումներն անցան բավական լարված, հագեցած ծռերի մասին հարցերով: 

Միաժամանակ, Սերժ Սարգսյանի քաղաքական հիմնական մրցակից Կարեն Կարապետյանը հիմնեց ներդրողների ակումբը, որն ըստ էության հաջողակ ռուսահայ բիզնեսմենների համախուբ է ու մի քանի անգամ դիմեց սփյուռքին ՝ փորձելով իր կապերով որոշ սփյուռքահայերի ներգրավել Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ: Եթե սրան էլ գումարենք այն, որ 2008 թ. հայ-թուրքական համաձայնագրի օրերին Սերժ Սարգսյանը ահռելի վստահության պաշար կորցրեց սփյուռքում, նաև Դաշնակցության ջանքերով, ապա իսկապես իրավիճակն ամենալավերից չէ Սարգսյանի համար: 

Նոր կառավարման փուլ, այն էլ փոփոխված կանոններով մտնել առանց նման ռեսուրսի, դժվար կլինի: Եվ խոսքը միայն տնտեսական ներդրումների մասին չէ: Խոսքն ընդհանրապես Հայաստանից դուրս, բայց Հայաստանի մասին կարծիք ձևավորողների ու կարծիք կազմողների աջակցության մասին է: Համահայկական խորհուրդը հենց այս նպատակն ունի ՝ վերագտնել սփյուռքի վստահությունը, համահայկական այդ ռեսուրսը պինդ պահել ՝ առաջիկա քաղաքական շրջափուլից առաջ:
