Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը մարզի զբոսաշրջության զարգացման ոլորտում ակնկալում է ավելի գործնական քայլեր

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության «Աֆրատ» զբոսաշրջային կազմակերպության ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Սեբաստիեն Սավիեն Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում քննարկեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տուրիստական ծրագրերի ներդրման եւ զարգացման հետ կապված հարցեր:
Հանդիպումը կայացել էր ֆրանսիական կողմի խնդրանքով, ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Իզեր մարզերի միջեւ ստորագրված համագործակցության հուշագրի շրջանակում: Սեբաստիեն Սավիեն նշեց, որ հանդիպման գլխավոր թեման համագործակցության շրջանակում զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում վերջին 3 տարում կատարված աշխատանքերի ամփոփումն է եւ առաջիկա անելիքների հստակեցումը, որոնք պետք է ներկայացվեն այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 18-19-ին Ֆրանսիայում կայանալիք զբոսաշրջային համաժո ղովին, որին մասնակցելու հրավեր կստանան Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ներկայացուցիչները:
«Մեր համագործակցության երեք տարին դրական եմ գնահատում, մենք կշարունակենք մեր համագործակցությունը, բայց արդեն ավելի հասցեական ծրագրերով»,-ասաց մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը: Մարզպետը կարեւորեց գյուղական զբոսաշրջության զարգացումը եւ այնպիսի կառույցի հիմնումը, որը կկարողանա համակարգել զբոսաշրջային ծրագրերի ներդրումն ու զարգացումը Գեղարքունիքի մարզում:»Մեր համատեղ աշխատանքը պետք է դառնա ավելի առարկայական, ինչը տեսանելի է առողջապահական ոլորտում, որտեղ տեղի են ունենում տեխնիկական վերազինումներ, մասնագիտա կան վերապատրաստումներ: Այս ոլորտում էլ պետք է հստակ արդյունքը երեւա: Մեծ ներուժ եմ տեսնում գյուղական զբոսաշրջության զարգացման ուղղությունում, որին կարելի է զարկ տալ համատեղ ուժերով: Բացի այդ, մենք պետք է ունենանք համակարգող կառույց, որը կզբաղվի զբոսաշրջության առանցքային խնդիրներով: Այլապես մի քանիս ամիսը մեկ իրար հանդիպելով` մենք տեսանելի արդյունք չենք ունենա: Իսկ եթե մարզի ամենատարբեր համայնքներում ունենանք մի քանի տասնյակ զբոսաշրջիկներ, ովքեր կծանոթանան գյուղական կյանքին, ազգային ավանդույթներին ու մշակույթին, կարժանանան հայկակա ն հյուրասիրությանը, այնժամ կարձանագրենք, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամությունը եւ համագործակցությունը գնում են ճիշտ հունով: Ի վերջո, զբոսզշրջությունը մարզպետների փոխադարձ այցերով չի զարգանալու, այլ` հայ եւ ֆրանսիացի ժողովուրդների կենդանի շփումներով»,-նշեց մարզպետը:
«Աֆրատ» կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչն առաջարկեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան մարզային զբոսաշրջային գրասենյակ հիմնել, որը կգործի հհիմնադրամի կարգավիճակով եւ կունենա հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդ, որում ընդգրկված կլինեն ինչպես մարզպետարանի, այնպես էլ` քաղաքային համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներ:
